Lack luster quality. I ordered and paid for extra toppings, pretty sure I got less than normal. Most everything was edible, had to toss most of the the breadstick because it was hard as a rock. Not sure what happened to the pizza, was it dropped or is this the new shape? Wings were decent after popping them in the air fryer to finish cooking.

My order wasn’t great at all. This is supposed to be a half pepperoni half cheese pizza. This wasn’t a half and half pizza and it was cut bad and extra greasy and messy. Tried to pick up a slice and it was stuck to the box. Currently on the phone with the store and the manager is supposed to be coming to the phone to talk to me but I’ve been on hold forever. Sorry quality and sorry excuse of a manager.

We decided to stop in and not call or order online! ♀️ Mothers’ Day was obviously busy, but who knew so many others would get pizza on this day! So many employees, working very hard and in a calm and organized, efficient manner too! Friendly environment and our food was good and hot! Next time, we will rethink going in to order as it took about 35 minutes because they had call ins, online, walk-in, and delivering. Not complaining at all, it was encouraging to see everyone working so well together !

So yesterday I ordered pizza from your location the driver had two deliveries one here in Bastrop the other one in cedar the driver left at 3:25 and went to the cedar Creek location when her manager said that she should have come to the Bastrop location which is less than 10 minutes away from the store so I waited almost 40 minutes for my pizza and when it got here it was I should have rejected the pizza and went to the store and got my money back. I ended up with pizza that was nasty wasn’t cut right it was already the grease had already soaked into the boxes this is how long she took. I should have refused the pizza next time I will not order delivery I will just drive up there myself so I can check the pizza and like I said it was garbage very unhappy with Domino’s and their delivery

Inefficient and dishonest. Online order was placed at 9 with an estimated pick up time of 9:05 to 9:15. Domino’s app said the order was ready at 9:18, when I came in to pick up, I was told my order was ‘almost ready’. However, 15 min. later I was told it was ‘in the works’. Ended up getting my pizza at 10:04. It’s not the employee’s fault they are under staffed, but transparency is better. I would not have ordered if the estimated time was accurate.

In a span of 3 weeks, I spent over $600 and pizzas and hot wings and what not and I was severely disappointed in the condition of the pizza when we received it if I would have opened the box before I drove. I will not accept the pizza thin crust. Supposed to be crispy, it was saggy. And burnt. I don’t know how you do that. Ingredients on one pizza should have been on the other. The only thing that I enjoyed was the parmesan hot wings. Domino’s pizza in bastrop need to get their act together.

Ordered pizza online. Wife went to pick it up. She sat in the waiting area and a guy walks in says his name is Steve. They hand him my pizza. They have yet to tell me my pizza is ready. Horrible customer service. Luckily the guy said that he had two pizzas. They girl then heard my wife say…that must be ours.

Been ordering here for months and they NEVER cut the pizza. Mentioned it to the driver and he said, “That’s just the way it goes.” Pizza is usually fine taste wise but when ya pull it apart and the thing isn’t cut it makes the whole experience terrible. If it were a one time thing I wouldn’t say anything but this has happened with every order for months.

I usually love Dominos then I came in for a pickup they burnt my pizza I’ve worked in pizza for a little while so I know what I’m talking about I asked them if they read my my pizza would it come out like that he tried to convince me that it was okay instead of saying no problem so I’ll remake that for you in which he should have done and then tried to make the excuse that it well it wasn’t him it was another employee that did it I don’t believe that he handled this correctly it’s really sad that their customer service is fallen so far

Pizza is really good. However, they NEVER answer their phones(I was actually told that verbatim) and the quality is inconsistent. It’s usually great, but there’s definitely too many times that it was sub par. A roll of the dice.
