I have a unique way I love my pizza and have always order Da same pizza since I can remember. Domino’s always has Da best prices in town. In the 10 years they only gotten my wrong older twice. But always making it right no question asked. Now that’s service.

If it wasn’t for people being hungry 2 pieces wouldn’t be missing. I on the other hand am upset that simple instructions can’t be followed. Normally they don’t mess up but this was the first time adding this much on to my pizza.

Can’t make a pizza properly or deliver an order correctly. If you use this Domino’s prepare for your order to be burnt or messed up and when you go in the store to get them to remake the order you will get attitude from the staff. Stay far away from this Domino’s!

So this is great on how I ordered over the phone and for some reason they heard another address and then sent it to another store to deliver and then the driver calls and tells me the address and I said that’s not the correct address and then says he can’t deliver to that area and if there’s nothing they can do just awesome Domino’s way to go.

Ive ordered from here for years with minimal problems but today was the worst. I get off from work and I order a pizza, I get home and the pizza is the one on the left. Its like they gave me an old pepperoni pizza and threw uncooked beef on it. So I called to tell them and they said they could make me a new one to go pick it up. I told them im already home so they said they would deliver it. The driver drops off my pizza on my porch and never knocks or rings the bell so my pizza is sitting outside with flys around it. Never again will I order from here.

I feel badly for this location (Airline rd). Since I moved here in July, I’ve ordered 5 times, both carry out and delivery with the hopes of it working out. They are understaffed, and need help! In my experience, your order, if it comes, will take closer to 2 hours. The time I tried carry out, after an hour and half, I called and my order hadn’t even been started yet, so I cancelled.

My deliveries are always on time and the drivers are super nice, but I’m mainly writing this because I’ve seen some reviews here complaining about customer service in-store. Every time I’ve gone inside for pickup (always late at night) everyone is super chill and funny while still getting stuff out on time. Maybe some people don’t like foodservice employees who crack jokes and just talk like people instead of doing the whole customer service voice thing (and I get that a more formal customer service approach is expected during the day than late at night), but I work in the industry, and when I walk my tired college student self into a pizza place at 11pm in sweatpants, it’s refreshing to hear people just be people. Everyone is in that store for either pizza or a paycheck. Just chill with some fellow humans for a sec and don’t worry about whether or not they smile and call you ma’am. They’re nice, they’re helpful, and they’re fast. That’s what counts.

This location has gotten worse and worse with time. Latest order stated 67-78 approximate delivery time after an hour the tracker showed still in the prep phase. Called to see if maybe they hadn’t updated it and maybe it would be out the door soon – they hadn’t even started preparing the pizza after an hour, that’s just ridiculous. I’ve even tried placing a pickup order thinking it would be done quicker but nope. We not far from the Waldron location, I might have to drive there, which I’ve done with the Airline location, but I’ll have my order in 20 minutes or less.
