I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse pizza made. It looked like a 4 year old made it. Also tasted so bad I threw up after. Thanks a lot Steve 😐 Would not recommend to anyone nor will I ever go here again.

Just realized that dominos calls now go to a call center where, these people one, cannot understand English well and two, seem to mess up your order even if they call it back to you.

I am a huge fan of Domino’s but ever since I’ve moved out to Corpus Christi I’ve certainly noticed a different experience than what I’m used anywhere else I’ve ordered Domino’s before. What I’ve always loved about Domino’s is their customer service attitude and their brand has had repeat service from me for years. On the occasion that they’ve made a mistake they’ve always gone out of their way to make up for it, but not this Domino’s. I noticed it with little things like they would drop off the order then not even give me a receipt. They always seem in a rush after they give you your food and I had an order that I wasn’t able to find my ranch until the next day. But today was absolutely ridiculous. My driver called me and my phone was having issues and so they just marked my order as delivered. I was on another call so when I finally got to call them back they said they couldn’t get a hold of me and they couldn’t find my apartment. The gate is always open but they told me they could have the driver come right back out if I would meet him out front as my complex is hard to get into. I was not told how long to wait or if they would call when they got there so i had to wait up front. That was already frustrating because I’m ordering delivery because I’m busy and am finishing up some work, but to top it off they brought the same sandwiches that they had made over an hour and a half ago. Not like I was hungry an hour and a half ago when I ordered, but now these aren’t edible. Terrible experience.

I call in a pizza here a lot but definitely isn’t customer service friendly. Makes you feel rushed. Although the guy up front tonight seemed friendly, but the reason for my review is because they said “7 minutes” and my daughter and I waited in the seating area for 34 min. (I started timing it after 10 min) Will look for another pizza place that can be honest and quick.

Domino’s online ordering is quick and made to specifications. The tracking tool is very helpful. Also I like the text message alerts. Not necessary but kinda fun.

The pasta had no sauce and when I spoke to the so-called manager Jolene all she said that they’ll send me a coupon within 2 weeks and she had the nerve to ask me was it in the refrigerator it would at least still have pasta sauce I never dealt with such a Domino’s Pizza franchise like this they lucky I gave a star only because I had to

The Crust of the Pan Pizza seemed thin for a pan pizza vs. the taste of the pizza was exceptional. The Parmesan bread sticks were dry, didn’t have much flavor this time and in the past have been a lot better. When I got home, I found that the Garlic Dipping Sauce had not been provided and had been ordered.
