I thought I would give Dominos another try and I quickly regretted ordering when we went to pick up and the order wasn’t ready. We ordered 4 pizza and two weren’t even started, so we had to wait 30 mins for them to make and then the other two pizzas that were just just sat and went cold. Very disappointing with this location and lack of management. They offered us a free litter of coke for their mess up.Wont be ordering again.

I have visited this location several times and always had a good experience. The pizza is always just the way I like it! Unfortunately, this time, I don’t know what happened. There was next to no sauce on the pizzas, the toppings were minimal, and the cheese…….was sparse, even on the deep dish which is suppose to have extra cheese on it. The Philly had burned spots and the meat deep dish was dry. None of us were pleased with the pizza which is very unusual from this location. It could’ve been because they were running the 50% off sale but it wasn’t busy when I ordered so that couldn’t be the case. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence because I have really enjoyed this spot up until now.

We ordered two pizzas on the app for delivery and one showed up completely wrong. My husband called the location and the employee said oh it would be another hour and a half to get another one delivered and suggested for us to just a credit back to use next time. My husband decided to go back in himself because online the delivery time showed 25 mins and get the correct pizza himself and the manager Juan refused to give it to him because “he’s not going to take demands” I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. My husband left with no pizza since Juan refused to give it to him. Customer service is hugely lacking. We will be contacting the owners directly.

This is a nice neighborhood pizza shop. The staff here is very courteous and helps you place your order. They also provide you the best deals on your order and ask you to put it online if it is an online only deal. The delivery is usually on time. If you are doing a carry out, it’s better to call and ask the wait times on your order. Since this is the only domino’s in the vicinity they have quite a rush and sometimes the wait can be longer than usual.

Wasted trip. I just stopped in to get a medium pepperoni pizza for $7.99 as was advertised on TV. I didn’t call in first but I was willing to wait. The worker told me they do that price for online only. I left.

App said it was in quality check for over an hour. When we called the message said it was out for delivery. Never showed. Called back, kid said oh it’s here and will go next. Called back for update still there but was told it’s been in a hot bag…over an hour?? No thanks but thanks for wasting my family’s time. Whataburger drive through is worth the wait because at least I know it’s fresh. Where’s Henry when I need him!!
