This is THE WORST Dominos I have ever come across! The quality of the food is beneath poor. Delivery is horrible. Management is horrible. I had 2 separate horrible experiences. The first one I ordered over $90 worth of pizzas for my employees. When I got them the boxes had sweated and were smashed so all the toppings stuck to it. Then when you bit into them the dough was not fully cooked. I called to report it and was told I could not get a refund, had to send pictures(which I did) or bring the pizzas in and only 3 of the 9 pizzas could be replaced. Not to mention of the 9 one was missing in the original delivery to begin with and was included in the 3 replacements. THEN my second time ordering again for my employees I get the pizzas and one is missing the 3 toppings I was charged for. I also asked for the 3 replacements from the last mishap and those were not delivered AGAIN! I called again and spoke with a Janell who said she was the GM and would send out the 3 missing along with the 1 that was missing the toppings. The call was made at 1pm. I got an alert saying my pizzas were delivered went to check with my front desk and nothing was there! I called and they didn’t know what happened or where the driver Rudy was. I was told wait again. It was then 4:30pm and no one or the pizzas ever showed up. I called and was offered only a partial refund which is BS seeing how much I had already dealt with TWICE. That all took place on 5/14/23 and 5/21/23. The refund was supposed to show up in 3-4 business days from 5/21 and as of today 5/31/23 no refund has shown up. I followed up on it with Janell on 5/26/23 and still nothing. Horrible, horrible, service!

Ordered here twice and should’ve learned the first time. The lack of customer service and attention to detail is insane. The first time I ordered carry out. When I got there I was second in line and stood there at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter. When the first person got done the guy helped someone that came after me. It was only understandable because they guy had stood beside me so I didn’t say anything. Then the guy tried to help someone else standing behind me when I audibly said “are you serious” and he nervously laughed and said sorry. I finally got the food and when we sat down to eat the pizza wasn’t close to being cut all the way through. What was cut looked like it was done by a child. No two pieces were the same size.

Ordered by phone, went great, paid over phone, good, even left a 10 dollar tip to give inspiration to bring it 6-8min away, was told first delivery, then after driver shows up more than 1hr after text alert shows order left store was told i was last. Poor planning, communication and yes probably short staffed but that still cant explain 6-8min turns into more than 1hr

This location is hit or miss….Pizza was delivered raw, cheese was melted and that was it. I called and asked for a refund and got told to give it a week. Called back and was told to give it another week. Just got off the phone with them be told to call back tomorrow to speak to GM, did not offer to take my information down to call back or anything. I said can your GM call me since it was your mess up that has caused this interaction.

Order took 2.5 hours from when the driver left the store. Not for the complete process. We called numerous times to speak to a manager. Were put on hold every time. After finally reaching the manager, she assured that the food was close and it would be hot. It was not. It was as cold as it would be if it were in a car driving around for over 2 hours. This store is horrible and would never recommend.

I’m not one to leave a review but since I’m waiting for my order… why not? This Domino’s is terrible. I ordered online (something I’ll never do again) for my pizza at 9pm and the notifications from dominos via text told me to pick up my order at 9:15 because it’s ready. Upon my arrival, 5 cars where waiting ahead of me and each car took 10-20 min to be serviced. I arrived at 9:20 and didn’t get help until 9:50 and when I did get help… my order was wrong as two left shoes. I spent almost 1 1/2 waiting for my fix they messed up and got attitude from them. Yea… I’m definitely not coming back here and I encourage people to look for another location. These reviews from others are pretty recent and accurate per my experience.

Ordered 3 pizzas at 430, got a message that it has been delivered. Well guess what, NO PIZZA. Called the restaurant, waited , waited and yes waited… It’s Monday evening. I could understand if it were a weekend finally they said oops it’s at the restaurant and it’ll be to our home in 20 minutes…. Ya that didn’t happen. 5:55 woo hoo we have pizza… Ya the same exact pizza that’s been sitting for an hour and a half… Nice quality control… Who manages this place? I’m embarrassed for them… Almost..

After waiting an over an hour for my pizza to be delivered and 30 minutes In an “quality check” I decided to go pick up my own pizza since it had already been paid for and no one was answering any of my phone calls only to wait another 10 minutes for someone to tell me I didn’t get my order because a driver dropped the ball.. meanwhile I clearly see 6 employees standing around. 6! And no one could pick up the phone or to call my phone number which is on my profile to let me know anything ! THEN to get home and the cheese bread I ordered wasn’t even cooked all the way after spending over 30 minutes in a quality check ! It’s been a couple days now and I can’t get a hold of the manager Kevin who was supposedly told twice to give me a call about my refund and no one answers the phone the customer service is disappointing and no ownership taken very very sad that this is how customers are taken care of. Oh did I forget to mention how I was still receiving updates on how Deion was on his way entering my neighborhood like no no no he was not. How about turning those notifications off after the customer picked up their own order

This rating comes after giving this store multiple opportunities to get right, and 1 star is being overly generous Today our our large pizza and a salad. The salad expired two days ago the tomatoes and onions are spoiled. Pizza toppings appeared as though there was a topping shortage. I will say that there level of customer service today was better, but still lacking.

Worst place ever honestly I just order one pizza and one cheese bread for delivery and it took forever. They sent me a text @ 2:08 saying my driver was on the way and I waited and it had been at least 30 minutes pasted. I still gave them the benefit of doubt I figured maybe they had other orders to drop off to so fine but finally gave up and called @ 2:50. It turns out they delivered it to the wrong house like what saying they left it on some pink chairs I don’t have any like what. Then I asked about if I get refund or something free and they are gonna remake it and refund my money so that was okay I was grateful. Then still nothing had came so I called again @ 3:15 still nothing that the driver just left the store to deliver it. Waited again and called back 3:46 still nothing I was waiting for awhile to get in contact with someone so I hung up and called back at @ 3:52. The girl said she’s 7 minutes away from me that she had two other deliveries around me as well like what I had been waiting probably longer than both order. And given that they had me waiting for awhile and was already displeased would think they would put my order priority but no still almost 2 hours from my first order and nothing! Might as well gone to get it myself but what was the point of delivery
