this store is terrible!!!!!!! I ordered a pizza from their didn’t receive it because they said there wasn’t a apartment number. even though there was one there when I looked at it. I called multiple times and got rudely talked to and was hung up on twice and I asked could I get the managers name she refused to give it to me. but this is not the first incident but at this point operate has been contacted. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WORST MANAGEMENT I HAD EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH!!!!!!!!!

Horrible. I placed and order online at 9:06 and the tracker said it would be ready in 33-43 minutes. I went to pick it up and the person at the counter stated that they send all of their cooks home . That my order would be ready in 33 minutes. Not to mention when I rode up there where 5 employees standing outside hanging out. I left and came back 45 minutes later and was told that my pizza had burnt and will take an additional 33 minutes to cook. I left and went somewhere else for dinner. I feel if you don’t want to service people, just close. I don’t like to waste my time, energy or gas. I was extremely disappointed and agitated.

Honestly my experience was really disappointing. I have been waiting for almost 2 hours at this point. I called at 8:15 and was told it would be about another 20 minutes (my order was placed at 7:15) to which I said was fine. I just had to call again and I explained my frustration, however, I wouldn’t be as upset if I was told the truth from the beginning. I’ve worked with pizza before and it should never take this long and if it had, our customers would have gotten their food for free. Not only is the time very inconvenient, but the person I spoke with over the phone had an attitude after I simply expressed my frustration and was discussing a possible refund. I understand the food industry and dealing with upset customers, but how it was handled was unacceptable in my opinion.

This dominos is absolute garbage and I am going straight to corporate. The people that work there don’t know what to do. My pizza was missing 2 ingredients in which I paid for. Don’t buy anything from this trap house called dominos. Every other review is terrible as well. Again fire all the employees because they don’t care about doing things the right way. Its actually 0 stars but you can only post with 1 This dominos is very unprofessional the lady who claim she is the manager was very rude didn’t deliver my pizza even after I verified all my information she canceled my whole order after I had waited 45 min after my expected time. She rudely Hung up in my face twice! This is totally unacceptable! No one should be treated this way if you don’t like your job then quit!
