They were absolute jerks. I ordered online and it said it would be 1 hr. At the 40min mark it still said preparing order. I called to check and they said it was delayed. At the 1.5 hr mark they said it would be another hour. When I told them I wanted to know if they were ever intending to fill the order they put me on hold and bounced me around from person to person for another 20 min. At the end of the conversation they said maybe another hour. The order was almost $100 and they were rude and unwilling to even try to make it right . Refused to let me speak with a manager. Everything else in the area closed soon, I needed to know if they were making my pizzas, and they gave no F’s. I’d give zero stars but that’s not possible.

Domino’s across the board is a hit or miss these days no matter the store location. Sometimes it’s completely fine and other times you may wait 3-5 hours for your order or not have it completed at all. Corporate needs to investigate what is wrong with it’s stores which is contributing to low morale in combination to the inadequate managing of order volume. If orders cannot be met then remove the online ordering capability or have the order go to another nearby store with less orders if the selected store is overwhelmed. From my understanding orders just get endlessly pilled up on a store which may only have one person in the kitchen and one delivering which results in a poor customer experience and a overworked staff.

Very bad delivery guy who couldn’t find my place even though its been delivered to many times and he had a lollipop in his mouth the whole time! My bill was $21 and some change I have him $40 he had the gall to ask if I needed change after he took an hour to finally get to the right place. Then when I called the store to ask if the driver was lost the lady who answered tells me she don’t know why he tried to call me or where he was because he wasn’t back yet and I asked well did he have other deliveries besides mine and she said she would not know she was busy answering phones all night so could not tell me one way or another. Like really!!!???? Grrrrrr.

Ordered pizza last week and said I wanted “hand it to me” delivery…..well I guess that means come drop it on the ground at my door, don’t knock or anything then text me saying “oh, yeah you food is outside, nobody was home.” Funny because I was just on the other side of the wall . I texted them back letting them know they did not knock or anything and their reply was, “okay, have a good night!” So yeah….I left a review for the manager and got a coupon for a free pizza and they will not let me use that now without it being delivery and my piece of the pie rewards just magically do not work now…hmmm….guess I don’t have to say that I will NEVER eat here again. ZERO STARS.

I ordered on the app went to get my pizza 30 mins later and it was a hour and half later than the 30 since i ordered online was told its fixin to be putnin the oven almost 2.5 hrs later Got my pizza with No offer of discount or compensation for the Terrible service
