I’ll add to this post later bc I’m still waiting on my pizza two hours later but the lady manager is the worst and has the worst attitude ever. Update pizza finally came and was not even warm and tastes bad. Delivery driver didn’t even say two words to me. I made the mistake of tipping through the app when I placed the order. All dominos offers is a free pizza for my trouble. I should get my whole meal free again.

Sat in the lobby for over 30 minutes. Had to ask if my food was ready only to be told that they ran out of bread and couldn’t make it. I literally was sitting 2 feet from them and NOT ONE person could tell me they were out of bread. And then stated that she was fixing to tell me. No ma’am you weren’t. I had to ask you only for you to tell me you just noticed that you were out of the bread. 36 minutes later ! And then while I’m trying to discuss this with the manager, she starts talking to another customer who came in behind me wanting brownies that he didn’t get an hour earlier. I left and went to the Alvin Dominoes and the difference is night and day. Alvin staff were very kind and looked presentable to the public, the establishment was very clean and the communication was impeccable, NOT characteristics you will find at the Santa fe store. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Alvin store. You will get much better service and it’s worth the extra few minutes. This store has been a joke in our community for years. And it doesn’t look like that is going to change any time soon.

Spent $47 Dollars on food that was inedible and was told they weren’t able to refund me, was told I would have a credit under MY phone number. Well today I decided under my phone number with my credit that I was going to try them again, but no, was basically told I am unable to use a credit that didn’t exist now I will never be refunded for almost $50 dollars from food that had to be thrown away wasn’t able to be remade that night since it was already late so thought my credit would have been good to go as I was told store manager said that there’s nothing she can do (within our convo she was basically making me feel like she was saying I am lying with the way she was wording everything) telling me maybe if I was to accurately tell her dates and phone numbers and still was told after I found my receipt that there was still nothing they can do. Just don’t place an order and waste your money for pizza that taste like perfume and chicken wings as hard as rocks. Find somewhere else to find way better pizza and employees who are willing to help you from a bad experience. These people don’t care how your food is and what the issue is. Will never be going back. I’m sure there’s a line of people already doing the same.

BUYER BEWARE!!! They are extremely slow 95% of the time. Ordered delivery from the app and it showed it would be ready in 30 to 45 min. Almost 2 hours later, I drove up there to see what the problem is because the phone lines to the store hardly ever work. I walk in and the person who claimed to be the manager was playing on his cell phone. Got home and the pizzas were not what we ordered. Drove back and the kid just shrugged his shoulders. Definitely not ordering from here in the future.

If you want to wait for your pizza to get to you almost an hour after it was supposed to have been delivered, or watch it take almost an hour to make it through the prep phase, and get the same excuses over and over, this is the place for you.
