This is what was delivered to me. Late!!! Then when ask to redeliver they delightfully agreed. 2 hours later no pizza and no refund. No one has even reached back out to let me know anything. Yeah one star is too good for the service I have received!!

As you see the picture I uploaded, all of the staff is so good, they work towards the customer satisfaction + (plus) good food for all. I know Pizza has a lot of calories but when you decide to order means you agree to T&M :). This store’s Pizza always comes fresh from oven to all customers. During pandemic they served the community and all of us. I wanted to give a thanks to all of them by this review as they really deserve it. Please forgive me if I miss any of lovely staff in the picture. Thanks a lot to these two (Angelina and Austin) for serving all. Thanks again.

Absolutely the worst Domino’s location. 4 out of the last 5 times times delivery was so late (2 hours) that I had to drive to the location to pick up my pizza. On my last visit, I complained to the general manager that it was the 4th time I am having to pick up a pizza that was supposed to be delivered and that they were losing a customer as a result. The general manager simply said “We are busy, I don’t have enough people, and it’s ok if we loose you as a customer”. When I asked for the contact information for his boss, he said “Call 1-800-Dominos”, stormed to the back, and told the staff to cancel my order. This was an order that was placed on-line almost 2 hours prior, and paid for in full. I like Domino’s pizza, but will never order from this location again. One of the most poorly managed places I have ever visited.
