Fall 2023 Review: Bad Management. 8PM ordered online for drive thru pickup I am there after order says ready for pick up. I get there and I’m told it’s not ready yet. 10 minutes pass and then a car pulls up behind me and notifies the staff. Staff member comes come and doesn’t realize I’ve been there for 13 minutes and says only 3 workers but they have like 5 drivers out. Pizza was made terribly and cold.

The drive up window is excellent for the carry out deals offered. The food is always fresh & hot! My new favorite are the lava cakes not sure why I never tried them before, but it’s a must every time now.. especially if you like chocolate. The specialty chicken is surprisingly delicious as well. I always get the pineapple jalapeño one! The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because of one incident that wasn’t corrected. I order my usual specialty chicken and when I got home it seemed to had been missing a few chicken bites. I called and the young lady that made my pizza assured me that no had eaten any because she made it… lol..not forgiven! but the staff is super friendly and work fast. Only done delivery twice, because I live like 3 minutes away. (The last 2 pictures below are the way my order came. You can tell chicken was supposed to be there because of the grease stains.)

I did not want to post it because I always liked their pizza, but manager rude attitude provoked me to do it. To all Vegetarian people, don’t order pizza from this location. There was a big chunk of meat in our Vegetarian pizza. Manager told me that topping gets mixed in cheese so it is inevitable and I can expect this to happen again, ZERO apologies and zero customer service. To All my Muslim friends, there is higher possibility of them feeding you pork(if you dont eat it) and beef to Hindus(if you dont eat it) so you all should avoid this location too.

Was served 2 burnt pizza. Order was either never checked before serving or they just ignored how burnt it was. Just check your pizza before taking off with it. They will serve you what should have gone to the trash. Wouldn’t order here, terrible service…

Everytime i order here the drivers dont want to come up the stairs this time it was i have a knee problem farooq is his name. He called and asked for us to come down stairs the last time. This is twice now if he cant do the job i think yall should find a replacement. Im paying for delivery I expect my order to be delivered.

Very disappointing and incompetent manager and staff , ordered just a plain cheese pizza , ordered online was ready (according to app)but when got there pizza wasn’t ready, woman was boxing orders came to front and charge me and said 5 minutes which turn into 45 minutes,manager Bailey was trying to blame the people working that he didn’t get the order till I was already there to pickup and try compensating with 2litre soda I declined and pizza was under cooked or something else because my 5 year old ate 2 slices and within 1 hour or so he started complaining of stomachache he couldn’t sleep till late night I stayed up with him, I have been monitoring him for food poisoning. This location needs to upgrade Everything from management to Food preparations. I called the location they hung up.

This location’s favorite sentence is «we only have 3 drivers» I always have to wait 2h:30 minutes for my food to get delivered. Today I had to go pick it up myself. Plus they missed up my order completely. It really sucks!!!! I don’t know what is happening because it used to be a very good location. I have been ordering there for more then 3years now. Not ordering anymore !!!!

Went not to long ago worst experience ever the pizza was so cold and dry waited 30 minutes for my pizza even though the app told me it has been ready I still had to wait extra because the workers forgot I was at the window waiting on the pizza the whole time I thought they maybe where backed up with orders I waited patiently till finally I told them I have been waiting for my order and they where so rude they told me how come I didn’t arrive earlier even though I got there in time they just had forgotten about me because kept on talking.
