If I could give a negative review I surely would. I ordered a large pizza, with bacon and pepperoni last night. Once I cut into the pizza, the pizza was extremely dry, that was because there were no sauce, despite asking for two sauces on the pizza verbally, just a cheese pizza with topping. I proceeded to call the manager today, and told him about my experience about the pizza. The manager was rude and nonchalant about the ordeal. He stated ” since it happened last night there is nothing I could do.” I replied and let him know I have a extremely late job, that I could not leave my post or leave my house at or before midnight, so I had no other choice but to call in today about it. He then promptly replied to me ,” okay…so??? ” There was no care, nothing. I would say the recent 1 star reviews are 1000% true, it will save you a lot of time if you read them, because I wish I had.

Pie anyone!! The quality really depends on who is working when you order. Sometimes the pizza is burnt, dry, soggy and just not good. Then sometimes the pizza is good but not great. Consistency is definitely an issue. I would definitely suggest the owners make some proactive changes immediately if they want this business to thrive. I believe it can since it is still fairly new. Come on owners..we are counting on you!

I am so disappointed in my order. I asked for extra sauce well done and it was neither. Looks like they put less sauce and hardly cooked it. The wings are so so small that my finger is bigger than it, and I have very small hands. I am so disappointed and this is not even the first time this has happened. I would rather spend the extra money to get Pepperoni’s.

I normally love Dominos, but this location is not it. I ordered a large pizza +garlic butter. I went to go pick it up when it said it was ready. Well showed up to the window and the guy took forever to get to the window. Then he told us to go around the building again and come back to the window. Well, we did that. 2nd time it wasn’t ready. So he told us to do it again. Finally it was ready the 3rd time, but he forgot my garlic butter! Pizza also didn’t taste as good. The sauce seemed more sweet than usual. This location is a hit or miss, but I think I won’t be back to this one after tonight. These workers didn’t care and seemed clueless. Also saw several other workers inside just standing there doing nothing. Doesn’t make any sense. Save your time and go to the Crabb River location or the other location by the bus barn.

Order showed it was out of the oven at 11:28pm and didn’t show up until after 12:34AM. It was completely cold, meat was dried, and missing 2 toppings we paid for. Driver gave no apology for the late delivery and didn’t seem to care. I tried calling the store number and stayed in queue until close with no answer. Even tried to call from 2 phones. This was complete garbage service. We have had a great experience for years at this location but this was straight garbage. The kids didn’t get to eat. Smh. Disappointing.

This place depends on who’s working cause somethings the pizza isn’t even cut in slices which is sooo lazy to me, sometimes when you get delivery the forget a item then look crazy when you ask them to bring it umm cause I want the item not a refund. my sister wasted 40 bucks on this place and the day before they took almost an hour for a simple plain cheese pizza and they somehow managed to mess it up. Y’alls signature is the garlic crust and it tastes like plain little ceasers crust. If i wanted little ceasers, i would’ve ordered from there. we called customer service and after filing our complaint the manager proceeded to say we are blind even tho they messed up making plain dry stale crust and they hung up on our face. do not waste your time and money like we did. if i could give 0 stars i would

Ordered 3 pizzas. Never again. This is the 2nd time this location has messed up my order. The first time I had carside delivery and had to wait for over an hour and I had to end up going inside to get my pizza. They straight up paused the 2 minute timer where they are supposed to come outside and give me my pizza. On top of that the pizza had no garlic on the crust. They did the same thing today. No garlic on the crust and when I called the store I asked for a refund and they hung up. We told the delivery driver she can take back to pizza and I offered pictures as proof. They hung up the phone on my face!
