Order#2604. Horrible experience today and I guess this will be our last order with Dominos. Ordered veggie pasta and received Chicken in it. Ordered chocolate lava cake and received all broken cakes in the packaging. I guess there is no focus on quality and checks anymore

The Mediterranean veggie sandwich was very good!! They could have added more filling. But overall it was very nice. Pizza, as usual was cheesy, soft and I just love the garlic parmesan sauce as base rather than tomato sauce. Courteous staff too!

Not only was customer service PISS POOR. I was told I would have to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food, no it wasn’t going to remade. So I guess I was supposed to be okay with receiving cold pizza. Not only was I yelling and and waving my hands, the driving just continues to speed off after he arrived to the wrong house. Said that he was “calling me” never received any phone call. Then got placed on hold, they pick up and placed me back on hold I’m guessing because they recognized the number.

From the consistently poor service to the quality of their pizza. I just can’t recommend this location to anyone. I’ve had Domino’s from other branches/locations that taste and smell great, but something about this Domino’s is awfully wrong. Their pizza smells like something died and is rotting, I can’t describe the odor other than something really foul that isn’t fit for human consumption. I don’t understand why it’s only this Domino’s produces pIzza like this every single time. But nonetheless, I no longer order from this establishment. This location needs a food quality and storage audit.

Horrible customer service. The manager itself is rude and hangs up on you without giving proper talk. Takes hours to make basic pizza and have bad attitude. Am going to report this business, it’s not been the first encounter for me with this store with horrible services. The owner should shut down store if they cannot manage

I was very disappointed. I expressed how disappointed I was with my walk in cash purchased and their response was equally disappointing. I drove to a new pizza place Brooklyn Pizza and purchased another pizza. I would not purchase from this establishment if you are expecting quality. Probably ok for young kids who play in their food. Otherwise drive by. Spend your money in a business of quality. This establishment needs to do better.
