I had a very positive experience recently. While driving up I-35 after a trip, I stopped in Waco for a break. Using the Domino’s app, I ordered a pizza here, followed the progress on the tracker, and had friendly service when I arrived. My order was correct, the pizza was hot, and I had a nice meal before the long drive home. Absolutely no complaints.

They are typically pretty fast at getting your pizza ready to pickup. Delivery is also reasonably quick. I have been buying pizzas from them regularly for last one year and the delivery was delayed only once and it was around midnight. In general I have had good experience at this place.

Always great deals using the app! Best tasting pizza around! Sometimes the pizza is a little inconsistent in crispness (sometimes crispy, sometime slightly floppy) but overall still better than other competitors, so I’m happy.

This was my first time ordering here. Got a thin crust veggie and it was black burnt. Went back up there and the staff acted like they didn’t give a care in the world and finally went to remake the order and took the new pizza undone behind the oven that cooks the pizza which made me uncomfortable because I’m not sure if something was done to it or not. Will not patronize this place again

Terrible service. Order sat in quality check status for over an hour and never went to delivery. Had to drive to the store to pick it up. They had my order and someone else’s order sitting in the delivery bags on the counter with the delivery guy standing around in the store doing nothing.

Listen, I absolutely love Domino’s pizza. I don’t get to have pizza very often, but every time I’ve ordered from here, I regret it. The pizza’s good — pretty hard to mess up chain pizza, I guess. And I get it, they’re severely understaffed, but that poses huge problems. Can’t remember the last time I got a delivery in a timely manner. I order late at night and they still have trouble getting it to me in less than two hours. “Your order will be ready in thirty minutes” and an hour later, it’s “twenty minutes out.” I don’t know if it’s the management combined with being so understaffed, but it’s problematic. I can’t speak to the other locations, but this one is horrible. You’d think in a college town, pizza joints would be running efficiently for the most part.

Every time I order from this location my order sits in prep for almost an hour before going into the oven and then another 30 minutes in quality check. I don’t know what’s up with this location but management needs to hire better and more efficient employees. Half a star rating if that.
