I placed an order for for 2 Large 2 Topping Pizzas @5:15 PM today. I get there at designated time, and they tell me it’s just now being put in the oven. I wasn’t pleased with the answer but I waited til about 5:24 PM. I come back, and they tell me they are going to remake the pizza because of a bubble. Which I was fine with, but the younger man up front tried basically undermining the person’s call. Basically trying to get me to take the pizza that was messed up as it is. I said, “I would like it remade like that person said to do.” So I had to wait another 10ish minutes for a pizza to be made. I come back, and they make it from a large to a medium. They knew they messed up and asked me if I would like it to be remade or to just get store credit. I was tired of the mess ups and waiting around. So I just took store credit, but when I get home. Both pizzas are messed up (Large Pepperoni w/ Pineapple is missing Pineapple & Large Chicken w/ Hot Sauce is missing the Hot Sauce). So, not only did they mess up my large to a medium, but they also significantly missed the ingredients that I paid for.

Pizza was hot and fresh. The only complaint was they were charging $6 for a delivery fee. I was in the hotel right across the interstate and with the delivery and tip it would’ve cost me $11 and my order was only $16 so I just skipped the convenience and drove over to pick it up myself. I know we pay for a convenience but drivers are going to lose money because of a delivery fee so high.

I wish I could rate this group of miscreants a 0. They don’t deserve a single a star. Placed an order earlier in the day and came to pick it up. Well, they lost power (no their fault) but offered no resolution, no “make-it-right,” just a “oh well, go to the ATM.” In all honesty, even free is too much for this garbage place. Avoid this terrible franchise at all costs.

Exceeded my expectations by far! OMG! All I have to say is that somebody definitely out pizzad dehut here! Both pizzas wearpact with toppings all the way to the edge! I requested extra sauce and extra cheese on my pepperoni and beautifully done! My second pizza was the Extravaganza and just like the first pizza, toppings all the way to the edge! I almost didn’t want to eat it but look at it for a while because it was definitely a work of art! And here’s the pics to prove it!

i keep giving chance. cause 50/50 shot will be good. tonight ordered wings and attaching a picture of how I received them. they have always been tossed in sauce evenly coated not just partly squirted on top. gross. probably last time ordering there. corporate complaint this time I guess. I hate complaining but this is to much and just plain laziness.

After some time of not trying Domino’s pizza we gave it a try today with my family and glad that we did, it was absolutely great! The pizzas were done in less than 10 min, we tried thin crust Honolulu specialty and cheese pizza for the kids, well made and great taste; also there are some tables for dine in, we will be coming back.

I called in and asked if they delivered in my area they said yes, I gave them my order paid my bill, then within 10 minutes the manager was calling me telling me they didn’t deliver in my area why didn’t they tell me that when I asked. This Domino’s is not very good.

Last week I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, but I received a large extra cheese pizza. I didn’t notice the mistake until I was some distance from the shop. I received a very nice call from Jessica apologizing for the mistake and that when I next call in they will make it up to me. Thank you Jessica for your call and your thoughtfulness.
