Talk about “make it right” – we order a lot, probably twice a month and never have issues. Tonight we got the wrong pizza for the first time ever – its Friday, it’s late, they are SO busy. BUT we still got the first order FAST. When I called to say it was not our order I was met with a pleasant apology and the promise of a new delivery. The driver came not twenty minutes later with the perfect order. Not only the perfect order but “apology” lava cakes. SO GOOD! This team is fantastic and of course Domino’s is delicious.

This store is great! The service is always friendly and fast! I love this location because the drive thru window is convenient to use and saves me a trip inside the store. If I do go inside, the lobby is clean and bright! Great customer service from both the drivers and pizza makers!

Last night I called up.dominoes pizza in Decatur ordered one large pizza half pineapple n ham and half extravaganza and a order of philli chessesteak tots the order was ready when i.git to the store little guy checking me out was kinda rude no big deal.but this food was not what I was expecting from dominoes pizza hardly any toppings tots I thought were to small of order for 30 bucks I would think dominoes pizza would be like it was when Nina turtles were out back in the day just saying I wouldn’t have payed that much fir what I got in return it was like getting pizza from ciccis buffet

Another order and more below par food. Burnt pizza sucks. I also have trouble with size of boneless chicken on a regular basis. I’ve actually received chicken cut in half one time, and often receive pieces that are the size on a nickel. I no longer order the chicken.

Another flavorless pizza from Domino’s Decatur, TX. The deep dish is very doughy and undercooked (again) with so little sauce on it you can barely tell you’re eating pizza. Same with the hand tossed. Just really not very good pizza, and it’s not because of poor ingredients. I think it’s because the owner of the franchise instructs those making pizza there to skimp as much as possible on the sauce and cheese so we’re forced to pay for the extra sauce and cheese. Toppings quantity is fair. I’m thinking I’ll just make my own moving forward. Just not worth it.

The thin crispy is soo good. My fav you can’t beat the 3 dollar online tip they gift you. An with coupon you can get lrg pizza for under 6 dollars with today’s prices this is my go to meal every couple days Great Job!! I love it
