2nd time in a row they haven’t gotten the order correct. Hard to tell from the picture, but this pizza is dried out and was supposed to have unseasoned crust and extra cheese. Won’t be ordering from them again.

So……the pictures are of a pizza that was requested WELL DONE and paid for extra toppings. Its not well done and the toppings are not doubled. My wife and I order pizza, from this same location, at least once or twice a month. I have even called and gone to the store a couple of times to get the issue resolved. Tonight makes 4 pizzas in a row that we ordered and they were not well done as we ordered. I understand that cheese on pizza is gooey but we order well done for a reason. Like another customer stated, we understand that mistakes happen but maybe if you give a little more attention to detail and give a couple of extra minutes to get the order right, maybe there wouldn’t be so many unfavorable reviews. Just sayin’…….

So I guess this store doesn’t hire black kids. My daughter was hired by the Assistant Store Manger (Kaylee). The store manager (Danielle) came in and asked Kaylee what was she doing, she replied training the lady told her no she wasn’t my daughter was asked to leave and offered a large pizza. Once I called to see what happened the store manager answered and was very rude. Kaylee we need more people like you in this crazy world, I see why the reviews are so bad because of the leader that have for the store.

This location used to be great honestly up until what seems like the last couple of weeks. Dude cooking was very rude when my boyfriend asked him to fix my pizza. He didn’t even need to start from scratch, we just wanted more toppings that were missing. It’s a speciality pizza with the topping literally in the name, so I don’t know why he was surprised we wanted more than 3 on there. Everything was cordial on my boyfriend’s end, but the guy (didn’t catch his name) got visibly annoyed and was very short with his responses despite my boyfriend being polite and apologetic for the trouble. I get it, food service can be grueling, but there’s just no reason to be so blatantly rude when everyone else was asking nicely. Everyone else working was nice aside from just that particular individual.

I have no idea why they added onions to this pizza. None of the three we ordered had onions in the order. We order every week and I get it, people make mistakes. After being put on hold for almost 10 minutes, they’d be happy to remake it. But they won’t deliver it. I have to spend my time, my ridiculously expensive fuel, and my vehicle to come pick it up for their mistake. That makes no sense to me. We won’t be using this store again.

The employees are great, chilled, and laid-back. It’s a step up from the restaurant I used to work at, where everyone was stressed out about one thing or another. Service is pretty quick and nice as well. I’ve gone there for years as my 1st pizza stop, and they always deliver! (No pun intended)
