I ordered 3 large chicken pizzas with toppings but there was hardly any chicken on them, it was more like eating dough with tomato sauce.

This dominos location is hit or miss, 9.5/10x it’s a miss. I was given two pizzas back to back with a quarter inch of sauce on them so I started ordering light sauce, apparently light means none. I always pay for an additional topping, extra cheese, never have I gotten extra cheese. My last straw though was ordering for delivery and getting a pizza that was like I mentioned above, and an expired salad. Wouldn’t have mattered anyway cause my salad and two ranch dressing packages (yup, paid for an additional ranch too) were hot from being kept on the pizza. THEN I had done contactless to keep the dogs from going crazy and it was left on my trash can. I deliver for Uber eats and I won’t even leave food packages on people’s doormats. Y’all need to do better.

Waited for our pizza as the app said. Then immediately went to delivered. Called the store and was told guy honked and waited for 10 minutes. Store associate told me she was store manager and I was out of luck on my pizza. After I argued with her she finally refunded my money. Also refused to tell me her name. Then told me she wouldn’t tell me who district manager was either. Lousy service. Lousy delivery.

Jimmy has turned this Belknap location around with the other employees that work at Domino’s location on E. Belknap St in Riverside area of FTW! It’s so DELICIOUS that only the empty pizza box is left! Hungry for pizza or any other wonderful food from Domino’s- GO TRY THEM OUT – their worth TEN STARS not just 5 stars!

Ordered food on the app 2 hours before they closed and the tracker pretty much stopped when “Jessica” started her “quality check”. Atleast cancel the order or let the customer know you’re not going to be able to complete it. This just reminds me why I don’t order dominos.

I like domino’s a lot but it really depends on the people working what your food is gonna come out like. If you look at all the rest of the reviews we will all tell you the same thing… employees are not very good ♀️ I live down the street and order at least every other week pray my order will be okay and made the way I ordered it. But today was no different and they had to mess something up lol…I ordered some garlic parmesan wings, these guys gave me some wings with ranch all over them

This place was a complete mess with wrong orders and rude staff. That was until Jimmy became the GM there! Anytime there’s been a mistake, he’s made sure personally that everything gets fixed and that customer is more than satisfied. Can’t say enough good things of the leadership and the team he has working there.
