Where do I even begin to describe my recent order at Domino’s Pizza? Let’s just say that my taste buds were left tantalized and begging for more!

I placed order before 4pm to get it at 515. The order was delivered to my hotel at 640. Fifty minutes after the pizza was being made according to the app. Can anyone tell what type of chicken I got. Maybe next time I’ll get some barbecue sauce on it. The garlic knots were dry but the pepperoni pizza was good.

Excellent place for carryout, not so much for delivery. The food is great, and the staff is quick with preparing the food. However, the delivery is terrible. I’ve ordered several times from this location and the usual experience is the driver is about a mile down the road and, despite me giving them directions over the phone, they don’t move, and I have to walk to meet them. Today the app said my food was delivered, but I didn’t have the food. Thinking that the food was delivered to the wrong unit, I called the store and was told that the driver had called me multiple times (I show no missed calls, the manager read my phone number to me and they have the correct phone number), that the driver couldn’t access the building (I can see the entrance from my unit and did see them enter and leave the building), and then that the driver could enter but could not find my unit. By this point, I had been waiting an hour for the delivery. The store’s resolution was to contact the driver and have them turn around, which I rejected because by this point the pizza would have been cold. I opted for a refund, which last time I requested a refund it never arrived.

Terrible service terrible pizza terrible boneless wings terrible staff. I order a pizza on Sunday evening at 9:10pm. At 9:46pm the tracker said it was in quality control check, meaning it’s been finished being prepared. At 10:20pm pizza had still not arrived and tracker said was still in quality control check. I called this location and was told was on a two hour delivery time , however mine was going out in ten minutes, meaning it has been prepared and sitting out for 45minutes. At 11:20 my pizza had still not arrived, so I called again and was put on hold for 10minutes before being hung up on. I promptly called back and was told again a two hour delivery time and was told I could wait or come pick it up. I asked for the managers name and was refused by employee. Meanwhile my pizza and boneless have been sitting out for over an hour and a half. I asked to speak to the manager who did come to the phone. He explained that the driver was out on a delivery of 5 pizzas, and was probably going to be another hour. I asked how bad the pizza would be sitting out for over and a half, he said it’s kept under warmers. Manager said he could cancel order, I said I would come pick it up. I arrived to pick up pizza and boneless wings and Manager, who was sitting in back doing nothing, came out, found my order, and handed to me and at least apologized. Upon arriving home and opening boxes, the pizza looked burnt, and a few days old as did the boneless wings. The boneless wings had several extremely tiny pieces. Domino’s should be thoroughly embarrassed, whoever owns this franchised should be not only be embarrassed, but have have franchise taken from them. The “manager” was not prepared or equipped to handle franchise responsibilities. This Domino’s franchise is a complete embarrassment and completely inadequate and should probably be closed.

So I ordered a pizza like normal for delivery. I had no problem waiting but the wait was very long. I called they said it was out for delivery and they only had one driver no problem. I wait another hour call and ask can I just come pick it up myself. They said the driver has it so I wait again. So after waiting I drive to the place. It’s just sitting on the stand. They gave me $5 back when I tipped $12 for delivery which made no sense. I bring my pizza home cold I call speak to a manager he wants me to come back I just wanted a refund. Then he hangs up on my face twice and did not accept my calls. Which tells me the manger must be some child. I want my $75 back. And a apology.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was given a raw, doughy pizza. I called and spoke with the general manager to just get a refund and he basically called me a liar, said “I didn’t make any raw pizzas” and I had to drive back up there to get my refund. When showing him the raw pizza he said “I could eat that and not get sick.” Was very rude, will not be back.

I used to love Domino’s, but now they’re a rip off… Charge for changing your sauce, only do 1 topping for their carry out special, and they only give you 10 points for an order. No matter how much you spend… They don’t care about their customers at all.

My experience here is usually ok however I did have an issue this time. I ordered carry out through the Dominos app. The pizza tracker notified me that my order was ready for pickup, when I got there my sandwich was still in the oven?!! So I had to wait an extra 10 minutes. I asked the employee what the problem was and he said that oven #2 wasn’t working. I was quite upset due to the long wait. Also the employees were outside the facility acting very unprofessional. Management please take care of these issues. Good Customer service is key!
