This is terrible customer service. I ordered a pizza online and 3 minutes later the store called and said it will be over a two hour late (which was nice of them to call) but then he said, would you like to cancel your order and i said yes…. his response was “cool, that’s awesome”. like seriously… Never again at this dominos

This is the most poorly ran Dominos I have ever encountered! If I could give zero stars, that would be more fitting, because one star is WAYYYYYY more than what this location deserves!! The level of unprofessionalism is laughable. Look at the mess this location gives to paying customers. I literally argued for about 10 mins with an employee about why this sandwich looked like this and why was most of the product in the box on not on the bread! He used profanity and disrespected me in so many ways! They refuse to tell you their names saying, ” we are not obligated to provide that information”. Like what kind of establishment is this. Will NEVERRRRRR order from this location again!

I do not like complaining at all but this is extremely annoying. My delivery came cold so I called got offered a free pizza…cool. I asked for extra pineapple because my son with autism refuses to eat pizza without pineapples. I received I guess extra pepperoni and when I gave the pizza to my son he refused to eat it. Called again to let them know the order wasn’t right and they gave me attitude talking about being grateful for a “free pizza” that they didn’t make to the specifications.

Called Friday morning (7.21.23) to place a order. The guy freaked out and said he couldn’t do it. He had too many orders and the pizza will be done 4 to 5 hours later. He put me on hold and than hung up the phone. I called a neighboring store and she got it done without the drama. Won’t be coming to the Euless location.

I just got an order almost a hour and a half later than I ordered that told me it would be 24-34 minutes! If it is a busy day, say or send that! When an order is placed read the directions. My delivery driver put my pizza & drink on the ground when it says it was a regular delivery. Thank God I heard the faint knock, otherwise I’m sure the bugs would have been pleased! Dominoes you have done better in the past, so please do better!!!

This is the worst Dominos ever. I ordered some of the specialty chicken and had a free pizza available. My food was over cooked, literally burned. It wasn’t edible at all. I know they saw when packing the food in the box yet still decided to deliver this to someone. I called to report the issue and spoke to a young man named Jerrius and was told Tyler was the manager but wouldn’t be available until 5pm. The associate didn’t have the capability to offer a refund to my card but only a store refund. It’s now 9:05pm and I’ve been on hold for almost 30 minutes after someone came to the phone after 12 minutes asking…..no TELLING ME TO HOLD. I will be calling corporate to report this issue. This is unacceptable. I understand being short staffed but 30 minutes on hold to speak to ANYONE is ridiculous!

If I could give zero stars I would . I never received my pizza . We called at around 8:30pm and put in a delivery order for 2 pepperoni pizzas & even asked to make sure they had change for $100 bill . Simple right ? Wrong . We got a text at about 9 saying the delivery driver was on the way , then we got another notification shortly after the driver stated he had to go back and get change . At around 9:30 our order was cancelled and we were asked if we wanted to put in another order . U can imagine how furious I was as a woman who’s 5 months pregnant and waited patiently for over an hour just for my order to be cancelled. Their excuse was they’re short on drivers … limit the number of orders you’re accepting close together if you’re short staffed . Just a bunch of bafoons at this location . 0/5 stars !
