The menu secretly adds $1 extra on every pizza to use non-red sauce without telling the customer, so domino’s loses my recommendation. I hate tomato sauce and will eat somewhere that doesn’t upcharge for white sauce.

Ordered a pizza today from the same dominos I always order from. When it gets here it looks like my driver slammed on his brakes or took speed bumps going 30 to 40 my pizza is shifted and curled up. Not only that they didnt even cut the pizza all the way it supposed to have 8 slices not 6 got 4 regular slices and two slices that are half the pie.

Delivery driver needs to pay attention. Was just backing out, and the drivet came speeding through the parking lot almost hitting us. Of course they didn’t stop to wait when we were already half way pulled out the parking space.

As you can see on the box this is supposed to be a 12″ hand tossed pizza. I got some kind of thin crust pizza which unfortunately I can’t eat due to dental work, called to inform of the mistake and was told I can come pick up a pizza or get a credit. I declined both being that I am hungry tonight and driving to get a pizza is not why I ordered delivery. Was told they’re too busy and did not have enough drivers. I was done with the conversation, declined all offers and got off the phone! Not happy Dominos!

I ordered this an hour ago and it took that long for it to get here I ordered it with extra cheese extra pepperoni extra black olives and extra mushrooms that looks like the normal amount you usually put on it. Grand experience!! Just spoke with a Ella’s and she made my day!!! Celebrating my son’s 12th birthday, his party members failed, we are not from Texas, so we had to make the best we could. Made it to urban air, was not able to order pizza here for some reason, it’s my son favorite food called Ella’s, she made the experience grand! Best customer service I’ve ever received from Dominoes. Raise needed! She needs to be a trainer! Cool gal !!
