Ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce, and with the ranch after a good 15 minute or so I get the pizza, but with no ranch and the pizza is not cut so I called the store and tell this dude and he said the pizza is cut and I’m lying and I told him to give me his number so I can show him and kept saying I’m lying about not getting the ranch like what? Worst dominos in the area . Ordered food before 9 pm called us almost 25 minutes later saying they will not make the food for delivery because they were to busy. They weren’t too busy they were too lazy. I went up there to check to see how busy they were they were standing around.

Been a loyal dominoes fan for years and only once have I been more mistreated than at this location. Pablo the manager did nothing but escalate the situation. They completely got my order wrong and then denied it and said he would put me on a no serve list … Not only was my order wrong but the pizza was COLD to the touch. It seems dominoes new policy is to make the customer their enemy.

I don’t know what you did to your sauce, but it was absolutely disgusting! Sooooo much salt! I was very hungry and had to choke down 2 pieces but couldn’t eat anymore. I will never order Domino’s again!

Just ordered 2 med 2 topping. Crust had no garlic flavor sauce tasted like plain tomato sauce and I ordered robust blend. I give up on dominoes. I moved to the HEB area a year ago. I’ve tried euless and Bedford not good at all. Highly disappointed.

I am shocked at their staff today regarding myorder. when I got there around 7:30 p.m. the staff was taking the pizza out of the oven and it was burnt from all sides. I asked them for my order and I told her that the pizza was burnt and she told me it wasn’t. I asked her to open the box and put it right next to the pizza which came out after that and she refused. I insisted that I am not taking a burnt pizza and she told me either take your order or leave it. I called her lady and she was very rude and said that no one calls me lady. So instead of arguing with a 13 yr old I just left. I would give a negative rating if I could.

I ordered a 16 piece boneless chicken, marinara cheese dip, and a medium 2 topping pizza. I recieved a 8 piece bone- in chicken, cheese dip, and a medium pizza with half of one topping. I called the store at 8:47pm and asked to have the chicken resent, and a credit for the other two items. The manager said they would send it out immediately. I called back at 9:50p-10:00p. Each time the call kept “dropping” within a minute. At 9:57p the call was picked up, went quiet for a minute, and then “dropped”. At 10:03p the call was picked up and hung up. I called back and the phone system said it was shut off. I have yet to get my food 2 and a half hours later, now they are closed. This meal was split between 4 people and I didn’t get my food so now I have to find food somewhere else.
