Had some good pizzas here. They were amazing but I was disappointed because I was told by employee their online coupons apparently don’t work anymore because “The price of everything has gone up and the pizzas too” please update your website dominoes.

I ordered the curbside pickup, and was there about 5 minutes before my order was ready. We sat there for 15 minutes after it showed my order was completed. My mother went in to check on it , and they did not even acknowledge her. I went in to see what was going on and no one said anything to me either. So I spoke up and said excuse me and told them I had been waiting. It had been sitting on the shelf ready the whole time. The food was no longer hot, and the tots were soggy and nasty. I ended up taking the tots back for a refund. This was bot a good impression for our first visit here, and I am not sure we will be going back.

Normally I don’t post reviews but was very disappointed in the quality of service and the food. Ordered a pizza, wings, and a salad. Pulled up to the window, had 3 employees look at us and no one came to the window even to say they would be right back with us. After waiting a few minutes finally honked the horn. Picked up our order and got home to find out that the salad is prepackaged and was out of date, the cheese had turned water and the lettuce was wilted. The wings were undercooked and the pizza was kind of just thrown together. We have been here before and never had bad service. But will definitely not be back. Prices have went up, but the quality of food has went down.

I’m not sure if it’s all the dominos but I tried placing and order online and was going to pay cash for my order and the only way to do so is if your order is less than $30 they wanted a prepayment for my order. Now obviously I was paying cash because I didn’t have the money on my card. Good way to loose customers Domino’s. Needless to say I had to cut my order in half and now have some upset kids on my hands. Thanks domino’s

We just moved to Whitehouse and this location is right by us so we have ordered twice now and Domino’s seems like they ha e stepped up their game. The crust is seasoned and flakier than I remember and the cheese doesn’t get hard. They even called to verify my half no cheese order was correct! Great friendly customer service!

What a great Dominos!! The pizza was soooo good!! The manager was flipping pizzas for my son and nephew to watch while we were waiting and even gave us a free desert!! Not knowing it was my sons birthday and Dominos was his choice for dinner tonight!! Thanks to the crew working tonight!! What you did was super nice!!
