Last 2 orders have been messed up. Pay for one thing and get another. Both times my chicken Parmesan sandwich is not right has bacon and no marina sauce. My wings came NO SAUCE. I have the receipt it’s not what I paid for. This location is not consistent.

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience at the Domino’s located in Pittsburgh Texas 7568605 EPSI incorporated. As a frequent customer of this location, I have come to expect good customer service and quality food. However, my recent visit to this establishment left me highly disappointed.

Pizza was great , service was horrible, I sat in the drive thru looking at my pizza for 5 minutes, 3 employees looked at me and didn’t say anything to me. I had to shine my flashlight in the drive thru window to get service.

So we ordered a Supreme Pizza for delivery 6/10/21 and it took over an hour to get here… which would probably have been okay, but take a look at this absolutely unacceptable ‘Supreme Pizza that was delivered to us. Incredible that management allows this to go on. This isn’t the first time. There’s a reason this dump has over 2 dozen 2 star and below reviews in the last year alone.

Worst pizza I have had air bubbles all over it I ordered pepperoni mushrooms black olives onion and bell peppers I maybe found one or two mushrooms onions once in a while the bubbles many top part of pizza had nothing on it very disappointed

Can never get a phone order placed for being on hold 30 mins or longer. Online ordering is frequently down. Wish the ‘burg had a PIZZA HUT instead….better quality and better tasting!

This place has the potential to be decent but the employees need to be better managed. I walked in and ordered a medium pizza. I waited 5-7 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Everyone of the employees had headphones on and none of them acknowledged us. Once I ordered I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. We finally got someone’s attention 30 minutes later and found that they could not locate our pizza. If they paid more attention to the customer and their job than what’s playing on their headphones they could probably be decent.
