This location has the absolute WORST customer service!! I had an order for delivery to tru by Hilton hotel. Instead of them making a phone call letting me know my order was downstairs they just left it by the front desk not WITH the front desk but by the front desk!!! Then I call and the night manager who needs to be demoted puts me on whole because I told him them leaving my pizza without making a phone call I’d UNACCEPTABLE!!! I will be there ASAP when they open because $60 worth of cold pizza I’m definitely NOT about to just let that go!! Get a nee manager and better delivery drivers!!

This was a terrible experience I’m from out of town staying at a hotel 2 miles from the store it took 2 hours to get my pizza and the driver forgot my cinnamon twist said they were in the car and just never came back. I called and they said someone was on the way with them. Here I am another hour and a half with nothing. This was disgraceful I understand being busy but to have your driver and instore employee both lie to me is unacceptable.

Specifically ask for no cheese as my son is allergic, waited and hour for the pizza -and it came with CHEESE. My son had nothing to eat with the rest of us. They offered to refund only that pizza.. i asked for a partial comp and they put me on hold for 30mins then hung up.

Update 11/21–a few times now it’s taken hours for orders to even go through prep and the pizza tracker isn’t accurate. I know everywhere is short staffed right now, but this should be reflected in delivery estimates(shouldn’t estimate 35-45 minutes when it’s going to be 3 or more hours). Not being dramatic about the 3 or more hours either!

seriously wish i read the reviews before ordering from here. in these pictures you’ll see one slice doesn’t even have any cheese or sauce on it??? and one had a piece of lint on it. also when i called to talk about the pizza the staff was incredibly unprofessional and rude.

Before you order from this place READ THE REVIEWS! Do not order from this location!!! Dominos PLEASE STOP RESPONDING WITH “OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE” clearly is not your goal! I posted a 5 star review before that i had to delete just now, store canceled my order after 1 hour and the girl and guy working tonight both hung up the phone on me. My order was placed 2/16 at 9:56pm and canceled at 10:53. Both were so rude and they didn’t wanna take a new order. According to the reviews this happen way to often! If the employees hates their job so much they should quit and look for a better one! Took my 5 star back! Do better Dominos
