This Domino’s location gets my order right every time. It’s hot and delicious and their deals are amazing. I use the $7 medium 2 toppings all the time along with the 32 piece parmesan bread bites. All the options for pizza sauces and toppings make for an almost endless combination of greatness. Did I mention I do this for my turn on DnD night? Cheap and awesome.

I have ordered delivery from here for the past six years due to my job is down the street. I have never had a better dominos. Always fresh. Always cheesy and just always as I expect it. Every delivery driver I have had the pleasure of meeting has been exceptionally great. Especially James! He is just a true gem. Thanks all for all you do at this faculty. I will continue to order as I don’t usually get much time for a lunch. Please tell James he is doing an amazing job and everyone else there.

I agreed to give this location another try after speaking to the manager. This will definitely be the last time I order from here. I will also call corporate. This is ridiculous!! Our pizza was horrible!! Both pizzas we ordered were over cooked!! The thin crust was burnt and broke like a cracker. According to the reviews corporate needs to visit this location and retrain their employees!

Treated terribly for an order they got wrong. All we ask is for our order to be correct. Nothing more. Manager provided no resolution and seemed to care less about our situation. No attempt to care for your longtime customer. What a way to run a good pizza place to the ground. Terrible job, Dominos on Town East.

Came in for a carry out order. Took 5 minutes to be acknowledged before I could get my pizza. Ate a couple of slices and now I’m at the hospital with food poisoning (I did not eat anything else that day besides the pizza). I also saw a couple of employees with no gloves on as well. Do what you will with this information.

Made me a spinach pizza when it was supposed to be a pacific veggie. It was missing tomato, onion, black olive, red peppers, provolone, and feta…. I was first argued with that “what you order has spinach” and had to explain again it was JUST spinach. They apparently didn’t believe me because they asked for the pizza back. So here I wait another hour after my first hour wait to see if they screw this up again.

Customer service is horrible, promised an order replacement and then it wasn’t put into the system, was promised what later I was told no one can help me because they didn’t do their job. Richard Hanson and Manager Nick last night said it wouldn’t be an issue to call and have it replaced. Did that, and was advised the GM, Amanda, won’t allow the issue to be resolved if not in system, call back tomorrow morning when Nick is here. Was hung up on, told I would get a call back and nothing, been back and forth to be told that the manger, Ryan who lied about his name (actually Robert) per Valerie who was trying to help me because the manger left her to handle the situation. Still after about 2 plus hours, no remake, no assistance, and on hold. No one will help and I am getting the run around. My order was #1187231 from store #6994. $27.25 for bad service and messed up food. No dipping sauce and wrong order, how do you treat a customer this way?
