Too busy trying to close than taking care if a paid customer. Pizza was left on conveyor for appx 10 minutes while I waited after being told it was ‘quality checked’ and ready. So… crust was burned. They forgot the parm bites so they rushed an order, pulled it from conveyor half way through and it was doughy and not fully cooked. More like dough bites than bread bites. See pictures. I had to ask twice if my order was ready or not. Manager saw me standing there but never acknowledged me. She was too busy barking orders to the others, getting the mop bucket out, throwing away trash.

My Favorite Location and Pizza is here in Duncanville. I order the thin crust Alfredo Chicken and Spinach Pizza and it is always fresh, cooked evenly and the staff are always willing to make every visit memorable! I love going here for my cheat meals! Happy to have this place as my neighbors!

Mannnnn…… what an ordeal. 1: the app glitches and it has then deliver the pizza to THEMSELVES! They didn’t call… to let us know there was a problem we had to wait until it said delivered. Then we called and this guy put us on hold permanently. Had to call back twice. Finally a nice girl answered and apologized. We thought it was solved. NOPE. Had to call back another 30 mins later. They didn’t remake them. They finally remade them and got them delivered.. ok great! Right..? WRONG none of the pizzas were as ordered! How hard is this???

Ordered a pizza and after 50 minutes of it not being delivered I called and they said they just had 20 orders come in but I had ordered my pizza 35 minutes prior. Then they said my pizza was on it’s way. So no they were trying to deliver a pizza that was ordered at 4pm and It was now 4:55pm (old pizza not fresh) and then they would waive my delivery fee, so I was going to have to wait another 35-40 for a pizza. No Thank you!!!! Poor customer service!!!!

Haven’t delivered despite the online system said they did two hours ago. The staff hung up my first call without even saying hi. Eventually someone let me know my food hasn’t left yet despite others just saying it’s out so just wait. Can’t even get your money back after not getting what you paid for.
