Last few pizzas I have ordered have been great! Fresh and timely for online pickup order. Stopped in this time after church, restaurant was clean, cashiers polite, pizza was ready at time I was told and was delicious. Thank you staff and keep up the good work!

I order a pizza at 11:40 pm yesterday. I went to pick it up. I was told they canceled the order and everything was cleaned up everybody was leaving it was 11:55. I asked why my order was canceled when the restaurant close at 12. I was giving no reason. They canceled my order so they could leave early. Very very poorly managed.

By far the poorest ran Dominos south of 20. I’ve never seen so many people frustrated due to incorrect orders. Real basic pizza order…1 sausage and 1 pepperoni. Get the order 2 pepperonis (I didn’t check the other prior to leaving…my bad… Added a star for that). No biggie… Get back to the store. Manager takes the extra pepperoni… Throws it in the trash and proceeds to makes the sausage pizza. Slight attitude and says “it’ll be ready in 15 minutes”. The end… Horrible management and the staff is playing the entire time. No gloves… No hair nets.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS IM FURIOUS!!! THIS IS THE PIZZA DELIVERED TO MY KIDS AND I. Shameful and now I’m out of $ 30.00. Called manager couldn’t care less DONE WITH DOMINO’S!!! Pizza was a jumbled Mess couldn’t even eat it without a spoon. R U SERIOUS????

I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for my pizza. They had eight employees in store including three sitting down in the back while the others work at a slow pace. The were an excessive amount of profanity. I am so disappointed

ZERO STARS!!!! Placed an order at 7pm and after an hour I called for an update and was told order wasn’t made yet!!!! It would be another 45 min until I would possibly get it. I understand it’s the weekend but as a big corporate company like Dominos should know and be prepared for busy nights. Otherwise close online ordering and have pick up only. Employees there didn’t seem to care that I cancelled the order. I was told it’s taking long because Desoto is a big city and too many orders!!

I’m giving 5stars to ALL THE EMPLOYEES!!!! The OWNERS Should take better care of the EMPLOYEES at this location!!!! This Store is ALWAYS BUSY!!! The owners need to Step up and Take CARE of the employees and the employees will be able to take care of the CUSTOMERS!!!!! The Manager Making Pies Baking Pies Boxing Pies Cashing out Customers getting Cussed out By Customers and Managing the other Employees. Meanwhile the Staff is young and have no urgency BECAUSE the OWNERS don’t Take care of the people that HELP BUILD THE BUSINESS!!!!! Smh
