I like Pappa John’s Pizza . But this location I don’t know what is going on there.. I ordered a pizza there about a year and a half ago and they took so long for a pickup I didn’t go back tell yesterday.. I ordered a pizza online at 6:20 pm I thought it was extremely long that I had to wait tell 7:23-7:35 pm. But u know what I had things I had to do in between so ok no biggie I guess.. I get there and there is a line almost out door. Nobody wants to talk to customers to get them cleaned out. But u got pizza makers wearing long john stocking smoking a e cigg telling customers to leave him alone he’s trying to make a pizza. And then you got people making pizza with there long hair all out and others that looked like they literally rolled out of bed and went to work in there PJ cmon Pappa John’s .. i get good workers are hard to come by theses days but this location is getting bad and I didn’t get my pizza tell 8:15 with no apologies for the extra40 minutes … I waited for a total of almost two hours for a pizza CARRYOUT WOW

Tried to do their 50% off pizza deal so placed order online and decided to pay once at store. Told the gentleman that was at the shop since the deal was not showing and he laughed at me saying he couldn’t do that and didn’t even bother to hand me the pizza. Had to reach over the counter for my order. Such poor customer service.

I am disappointed in this Domino’s Pizza. The last 2 times we ordered online for a future time and they were not ready either time. Both times, we showed up at the correct pick-up time and our order hadn’t even been started. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for our food both times. Unfortunately, this Domino’s will be losing our business.
