Ordered a late night pizza for my family tonight and felt completely compelled to write a review after the experience. The pizza was made perfectly and the Parmesan Bites were soft and delicious. The young man, Joshua, who delivered the order was extremely polite and friendly at the door. I’d also like to mention that the order was delivered ahead of schedule too. The other pizza chains in this neighborhood should be paying attention to the quality products and exceptional customer service that this location provides because they can’t come close. Great job Domino’s! I hope your team receives the recognition that they deserve!!!

We had the best experience getting our pizza the other night. We think his name is Zach (had a little accent) and he had the best customer service when he handed us our pizza. He gave us the warmest smile that made me and my girlfriend so happy! He wished us a good night and thanked us for coming in. It’s hard to describe the kindness he showed over message, but needless to say, my girlfriend and I talked about the interaction the whole ride home and how happy it made us. Thanks Zach!

Not recommended for Vegetarians. Ordered 2 pizzas with vegetarian toppings and both had pieces of meat. No quality check and irresponsible staff.

Delivery driver was earlier than expected and very nice. My review is strictly about the pizza. It was horrible. Overcooked and mostly cold. The hand tossed crust is like cardboard. Will not be ordering from this location again.

This us our regular pizza place and is fairly consistent with takeout. The location is a bit precarious with all the idiots from the other businesses just wandering around the parking lot. The place is downright dangerous. Still appreciate the $6.99 each special!

Constantly delivers late, also keeps the order on “quality check” on the app while their drivers are out for delivery so you can not report issues. Management is actively suppressing your ability to enforce them to a standard. Horrible.

The worst response at the front desk. And I hope he is the manager of that branch. He don’t know how to respond to customers.

This was a dried out Alfredo pizza that was delivered to me. It’s honest crazy how it could be so bad and how they would still deliver something like this.

Delivery was very quick on Fourth of July, but the Alfredo pasta portion size is a joke! I got about three bites worth of noodles. It would be perfect for a child, but definitely not an adult who payed for an adult portion. Disappointed.

Well, after 2 years of delivery to our neighborhood (Willow Wood), I was told that the new routing software has removed our neighborhood from their delivery zone. We are 3 miles north of this store and with 1000 houses in the “hood”, why would they kick us out? There are no Domino’s locations in Melissa so off to Marcos Pizza we go. They care enough to deliver. McKinney Dominos and the 380 corridor with their hordes of homeless sleeping in the parking lots can keep their business. Once the 380 bypass goes through this area will be a ghost town anyway.
