I ordered cheese sticks, a pizza, a couple of extra marinara’s and garlic and a 2 L. It took over an hour to get the food. Thank you Bryce for the food check! The quality was garbage. I literally have never seen cheese sticks that look like this. There was no barbecue sauce on the crust. I didn’t get any of my sauces. I didn’t get my 2 L. But I got three drinks that was shook up. I waited for over an hour for the cold meal. And I was waiting to tip. The guy cash and nobody ever knocked. Then I get my food, and it was all destroyed and gross.

This review is for Sunday afternoon on 10/23. They have only two people working at this location during this time. I ordered 3 pizzas and requested one of them to be half cheese and the other half to have black olives and jalapeños but look at the pic and see for ur self. One of the order was for cheese with square cut because it’s easy to eat for young kids but again look at the pic and tell me if that’s a square cut and it wasn’t even cut properly. When I went to complain they said it will take another 20 mins if I wanted another pizza. No apology nothing and no feeling sorry that they messed up my order.

Are you kidding? Is it a dollar a tator tot? Then a bunch of burnt stuff thrown in for free?? These were the bacon & cheese ones… Well, supposed to be. Also the app doesn’t even give you a refund

Lesson learned here. I have used this location for years, but will never order from this Domino’s again. Apparently under new management (sign outside the store), it is understaffed, undertrained, and lacking in basic customer communications/resolve.

Ordered pizza online at 10am for 1130am pickup, arrived at the store and order wasn’t even made……I have to wait for 20 min to be ready. This place is definitely getting worse. It says Under New Management but there’s still no improvement. We had a really bad experience a few months ago and we stopped ordering from here. I gave them a 2nd chance yesterday and yet again another disappointment, definitely not coming back.

Pizza came out quick, had perfect doneness, and a fair amount of toppings. Very clean and new looking facilities, even a screen showing order tracking of customers, and staff was friendly. Sign outside says under new management and looks like they’re doing things well.

Terrible service and delivery time. We had an early morning flight the next day and waited for more than 2 hours for delivery of a pretty small order. Absolutely ridiculous and the app told us the order was completed when we still had not received anything. Order from anywhere but here. If they had been honest about the time, or provided some form of update, or anything other than hungry, travel, waiting with a bunch of kids, that would have been helpful.

I’m a frequent customer to Dominos. I always repeat my order. 2 months back I received wrong pizza and burnt stuffed cheesy bread. When I went to the store, the person was good at communicating and he replaced correct order. Today I repeated the same order of Pizza and Stuffed cheesy bread. The size of the bread became very small. This is the second time I was very disappointed. I’m not sure if the location has problem or staff..!! The impression towards the Dominos is greeting down..!!

Getting quality staff in Coppell, TX is always tough. This is a great store, very clean. You can watch them make it. The employees are always short staffed but they care and they are clean. It’s super easy. If you would just drive a couple of minutes for carryout, you always get a hot and delicious pizza. Best quick pizza in Coppell by far.
