Ordered online as I live 20 minutes away. Picked up the order, but did not double check before heading home. Got home and realized 4 items were missing. Drove back and tried calling twice. Both times the phone was picked up and laid down. Went through the drive through and the guy was rude. Told us there was no way we were getting our food made. We asked for a refund. While waiting, he hung up the ringing phone twice, cussing at it. He couldn’t figure out how to refund us so told us it would be 5-10 minutes after beating on things and cursing. We then had to drive around and wait for them to help others- sending them on their way without food. Between the order being wrong, his rudeness and cursing, and now having cold food, we will never order from the Seminole store again.

This store corporate has ruined this place. You can’t get ahold of the store. You can’t order online to pickup unless it’s $35.00 or more. So the only way to order is drive there, order (then you access to none of their deals). Never waste my time with this place again. Call mazzios they actually answer your calls

I hate this location. when I have called they have answered with an attitude and put me on hold while in the middle of talking and with no warning. They also never picked back up….. Every time I show up when the online tracker says it’s done; it is not… they always tell me it’s about to come out of the oven, which is a lie because I am currently sitting in the drive still typing this review slowly…. just got my order. Do not trust the online tracker with this store. You always wait at least another 15 minutes after your latest estimated time of completion.
