I came in on 5/13/2023 at 8 pm for a curbside pickup. When I get home my son tells me the pizza tasted like soap. ( I did not believe him because that just sounded bizarre) So I went over to try it & I spit that pizza right out. It tasted as if soap had been poured on the dough . I called the store, and the supervisor offered to re-make my pizza, but the level of disgust was already there. I will not be ordering from this location again. I know we are all human & make mistakes, but I rather avoid a similar situation in the future.

i really love this dominos (it’s way better than the one next to walmart), in many more ways than one. the management is amazing and everyone knows what they’re doing. quite frankly, i’d rather eat at this one than ever go to the other one again. and that’s on god .

Done ordering from Domino’s since they can never ever deliver to the correct house. I tell them every single time they are going to the wrong location, I put notes on my order and they still don’t care . They just say oh well it’s the GPS. Deleting the app

The employees are PHENOMENAL! I stop here on my way to work from school since it’s such an easy lunch order for me. I usually get there earlier than my food is ready, but I never mind the short wait for fresh, yummy food!! Thank to the staff for being so kind and always getting my food out quick!

Speedy service but are rude and make excuses when huge mistakes are made. I made a delivery order and it was delivered in a very timely manner… to the wrong house. When I called to tell them the confusion, I heard nothing but excuses. The manager told me the delivery driver did drop it off at my address, but if it was, I don’t think I would have gotten a call from a person down the street from me saying they have my pizza. I wouldn’t even be calling if I had my pizza. They kept making excuses. Just own up to the mistake and at least try to make up for it. I understand mistakes happen but bad customer service came from the manager there.

Pizza was okay, not even good… I gave the delivery driver $40 for a $26.xx tab, and asked if he had parmesan… he said “NO, they have little shakers and they’re $1” that seems kind of absurd. I definitely won’t order from them again.

anyone who leaves a bad review is impatient and cant think straight, this dominos is short on employees and still get every order in their DESIGNATED delivery areas dominos definitely has a map of where they can deliver. Anyways this dominos is fire cheyenne is a great employee she’s always been the one to take my order online and never messed it up, Jerry is a great driver and works hard and other team members work just as hard. Dont be incompetent imagine working where they work dealing with you.

After getting home, I saw my pizza wasn’t at all what I ordered. I called & spoke to the manager. I had actually been given someone else’s order. She apologized profusely, said they were working on correcting mistakes like this. Then gave me a $40 credit. Plus, we ate the pizza we were given. Customer service is excellent! I won’t order pizza from anywhere else. This was their first hiccup with me. And boy did they make it right. Plus, their pizza is consistently delicious. This was at the 152 E location.
