You guys do good most of the time, some are golden workers some are just straight trash. Now the whole place is trash I keep leaving reviews on poor work and now I can no longer order online, only over the phone or in store with no use of the coupons. Nobody orders pizza without the coupons man .. pathetic do better. Worthless online experience. Order online if you have a problem don’t fix it online or you eventually won’t be able to order online, unless you create a new profile.

I placed an order yesterday on the app @5pm for a 6:15pm pick up time. Dominos is supposed to START making my pizza at 6pm no sooner! Not already done being cooked. I called at 5:55pm to change my time to 7pm pick up due to late baseball game. Well guess what my pizzas were not just already done being made but also already coming out the oven. Meaning the pizzas were going to sit for another 15-20 mins on a heat rack granted but getting cold. I spoke to a manager and who presented himself as the GM. Very poor service. I was told I can either pick them up then since they were already done or I could pick the up at 7pm and he flat out told me he would not remake them. When I proceeded to tell him that the pizzas should have been started at 6pm no sooner he told me he would go ahead and cancel the order because he wasn’t remaking them and didn’t have time to deal with me. I went to give the Guthrie location a try and this is what I get, A cancelled order because they didn’t want to remake the food when they were in the wrong for preparing my food 30 mins prior to my pick up time.

I love my Guthrie Domino’s. If you are from out of town, know that they will do everything to get it right. It is a really good pizza. This Domino’s is fast friendly and food is really good. I like their pasta dishes ( I lean toward the chicken) too.

Our Domino’s is fantastic in my opinion! The pizza always arrives piping hot! It, and other foods I have ordered, are not only visually pleasing, but they are mouthwatering as well, satiating my penchant for sustenance. I only gave four stars because on more than one occasion I was slighted on my sauces, once I received an icing when I ordered nothing that required it and yet one other time I had ordered two beverages and received only one. The young man did apologize, went back to the store and came back with the second beverage and a second apology which I found exceptional! So in conclusion, other than the few minor inconveniences I mentioned, our Domino’s is a phenomenal place in which to satisfy even the most ravenous appetite!!!
