I have ordered from this location 3 or 4 times I guess. Giving credit where credit is due , they have always done a good job until tonight. I ordered Pizza with my favorite topping and I received some kind of pizza with chicken. I called to complain and they said , sorry , we found your pizza. It is still warm if you want to come and get it. At 5:30 pm. No thank you. I raised enough fuss that they reimbursed me so I would shut up.

We Ordered tonight from this location and was very pleased. Usually dominos for some reason never cuts the pizza all way through though. Which isn’t a huge issue for me anyways. Our driver, Christopher was very friendly and made it the exact time as expected! And my food was 10/10 🙂

I love that this place is close to my house for carryout. What I don’t love is that for the past 4 months I’ve been getting several wrong orders. If it’s a small mistake I usually ignore it because it sometimes it happens. For a bigger mistake, like a completely different pizza, I’ll actually bring up the issue with the employees to correct it. But lately the smaller mistakes have become more frequent. I’ve been patient for the past 4 months hoping this issue would be fixed, because I’m not the only one this is happening to. Today’s order is my last at this location. The rest of my family prefers Domino’s, so if I ever have to order for them it’ll have to be from the location on Sunset.

waited an hour and called store, they said my pizza went missing or delivered to wrong address so remade it and sent it again this time with a free dessert. waited another hour called again and they said it was delivered. checked outside and they left it on the floor with no “free dessert” pizza was ice cold since its winter, who knows how long it was sitting on the GROUND outside. they didnt even ring the doorbell or knock, i would know since i was in the living room the whole time. called to complain again they said they’d refund my order and send coupons. they didnt do either of those things. worst business ever
