I’ve been going to this Dominos since it opened about a decade ago or so, and have yet to have had a bad experience with their food or the quality of service. What’s surprising is that today I went back after having not eaten at this location in several years, only to find that the service and food was better than it had ever been before. While some people may have had bad experiences here, based on mine today, this is probably the best chain restaurant pizza place I’ve ever been to. I’d give them more than five stars if I could.

Ordered 4 pizzas, cheese bread, and lava cakes. When delivered they mixed up our order and their solution to making it right was to give us credit for the food we were missing on our next order as though that would still feed us tonight. They did send us a pizza we didn’t order so I suppose that helped.

First off the Pizza from this Domino’s location always gets a 10. I order deep dish with extra cheese, beef and Pepperoni well done. I pay extra for it but it is well worth it. My only issues are this. Last week I tried to use the $3.00 off for getting it ourselves. It would not work on the online ordering, so we tried to get the discount inside. They would not give it. The person said you can’t use it. So we just said OK and left. Tonight, I used the app and got my order. I used the tracking and when the app said it was ready I walked in. The counter person, said I can’t find it. Then came back and said you will have to wait while we remake it. Where is it? They said since you wanted it well done we will have to remake it… WHAT? If you can’t find it, I believe it must not have been made. So… I waited until they were “remade” and then they handed them to me, and said thanks. When I used to work in retail food sales many years ago, we would offer some sort of compensation. They did not offer a upgraded pizza, free pizza a drink or anything… Why are the places forgetting about customer service? Loyalty of customers. I just flat out believe nobody is taught basic business practices any longer. A little manners and kindness goes a long way with me.

Been ordering here for years, the past few months I have had missing items, I order the box dinner and end up with just regular pizzas. My food has been warm at best on the last few deliveries. Ive been waiting 2 1/2 to 3 hours for my order. I asked to just credit my account back for the missing items this go around I no longer want to deal with this store i have yet to get a response. If your missing food from your order just have them bring it the same night cause you wont get your money back they just act like they never spoke to you.

My work ordered several pizzas from this location and two pizza’s were made incorrectly. When I called about these pizzas, I was treated pretty rudely over the phone. The situation was taken care of eventually. That situation is not the cause of my rating. When the store finally called my manager, who is the one who ordered the pizza, before agreeing to a refund, the Domino’s manager told my boss I deserved disciplinary action because of how I spoke to them during my initial call. This is incredibly unprofessional and frankly I feel like incredibly disrespected. Customer service is certainly not the main priority at this location.
