Pizza appeared to have been assembled by a sneezing Ray Charles in the midst of an epileptic fit and was taken out of the oven too soon; interestingly enough, however, the loaded tots weren’t taken out soon enough. We were all too hangry to wait for a remake, so we just ate it anyway. The young man who tried to locate napkins for us did great though and when he said “have a nice day” it sounded sincere, which is a rarity in and of itself. That young man is the reason why this store is getting a higher rating than I originally intended.

Honestly? Our Dominos restaurant kills it every time I order! They’re quick, nice, and the food is always good and hot, and if by some fluke, it’s not—or even if I’m just super late picking it up—they’ll fix it to ensure you have a great meal and experience. And if you’re struggling with the high prices just try one of their coupons… it’s hard to beat that $21.99 deal considering how much food comes with it.

I ordered my food way ahead of time. When I got there I was told that I couldn’t pay with an one hundred dollar bill. And that it was company policy that they don’t except them. The worst part was trying to place an order with a computer operator. Wasted an whole 2 hours. Thank God there was a Johnny’s pizza down the road.

Three separate employees came to the drive-thru window on three separate occasions to ask for the name of the order. After waiting almost an hour since the order was placed, to top things off, I saw the lady drop the pizza cutter on the floor and then picked it back up and cut my pizza. I’m not sure if that was intent or not, but that makes me sick to my stomach.

That was a visit the girl was on her phone so much that she. Didn’t give us no attention at all I felt like I was in the way of her doing something that she needed to do. But for the food it was hot and fresh. It was my babys 13th birthday party so she enjoyed herself

I’ve had horrible service the last three times I’ve ordered from this location. I will NOT be ordering from them again! It either takes way longer than stated, the order is wrong or they left something off the order. I call and they act like they couldn’t care less. The first time they forgot something, I called. I was told they could bring it, but it would be an hour and a half wait. Excuse me? YOU messed up on an ordered I placed and paid for BEFORE the orders you’re working on now and I have to wait until you’re done with those?! I don’t think so. They gave me a store credit. When I ordered again and used the credit, they messed up my order AGAIN. Last night was the final straw. It took 2 hours to get the order. I kept getting notifications stating is was out for delivery but the time changed with each one. Then I got a notification stating it had been delivered but I had no pizzas. It finally came 20 minutes later. At least it was correct this time. The next time I’m craving pizza, I’ll be ordering from Pizza Hut or Papa John’s. It may cost more, but it will be worth not having these issues.
