I initially have 2, but then I remembered there is this sweet girl that works there and had the most beautiful hands I’ve ever seen like a baby doll.. but my reason for a low rating, is that this is my 4th complaint. Just a few days ago, I only ordered the lava cake for my daughter.. it was ROCK HARD!! I tried calling and keep getting the busy signal so we decided to call the next day.. I don’t have a vehicle but I live 2 minutes down the road ..I was told that it was not there problem because it was the day after last night, I ordered my husband a sandwich for work, of course opened it today, these are the pictures… So you decide

The pizza was good, but while I waited outside in my car, I noticed one of the workers eating. Now I don’t have a problem with you eating. Just make sure to wash your hands when done before working on an order. Which she didn’t. It would also be best if they used food safe gloves when applying the toppings.

We ordered a pizza and some wings, and tried to order a sandwich. They called us to let us know they were out of sandwich bread. Which is fine, but we told them we were on our way to get our order, and when we arrived they told us it wouldn’t be ready for another 45 minutes, even though the “estimated time” was well past. They could’ve gave us a courtesy call to let us know that they were super busy so we didn’t drive all the way there from Westlake only to be disappointed. Also, we asked if they could bend the rules a bit in spite of this unfortunate situation and deliver to us in Westlake, which is only about 8 minutes away from our house, but again we were met with more disappointment. Extremely poor customer service and very inconsiderate.

Hate to post a less-than-great review… Recent delivery order was waaaay overdue. Even after it was about 30 minutes late, system reported delivery was making one stop before ours, and STILL took another 25 minutes. Product was still good, albeit cold. C’est la vie. Hope for better delivery times next time.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and drink. Was ready and went to drive up window. No one noticed in store. Waited 5 minutes. Beeped horn. Finally seen someone walking around but never came to window. So I left. Not first time had issues with this store. Will never order from this dominos again.

You’d think that when they were cutting the pizza and the cheese still looked shredded, they’d realize the pizza wasn’t done. Fingers literally went through the dough it was so raw. That’s after I put it in the oven on broil to finish melting the cheese. 2 stars because domino’s product is great but this branch has a problem every time I order. Even had selected “well done” when building my own pizza.

Standard Domino’s fare. Nothing extraordinarily good or not good. My orders have always been correct even though they are not normal, I usually order my pizza with extra sauce on thin crust. Speed of orders is quick most of the time, sometimes can be slow. Today I ordered two pizzas and three pastas, order took about 45 minutes. But all in all they are good.
