Will not be returning to this location. Made an online order and called in 5 mins later trying to add to my order and was told it would be an extra hour and a half to do so. Didn’t have change upon picking my order up so I had to go elsewhere to get change before receiving my order. Poor management, and food was cold when i got it.

order was 45 minutes late and I had ordered 3 Buffalo Hot Sauce containers (I was charged) and I did not receive any. I called immediately for them to send the driver back and no one ever returned to give me the sauce I had paid for.

My order was called in ahead of time and I had to sit at the drive thru while others were ordering and waiting for theirs. How inefficient can you really be? This is unbelievable and the absolute worse customer service ever. This is not a good idea. And no one it seems was worried about the people waiting in line. They had no hurry in their step. When they finally opened the window I guess it was beyond them to even great with a hello or smile. Never again will we go to this Ville Platte store again.

Manager is rude. Seriously I was trying to be kind but she was rude. Will not order with a franchise that’s just think the upper management think that their customer was being friendly.I had to CX because I asked if they were in VilLe Platt because the number was in Franklin. So she could have said yes when I called again to make sure I’m not in the wrong area. I will not be ordering them till this will be resolved. I rather make pizza with my kids than having a manager doesn’t love her job. We do what have to do to make our lives better I can it. Go to CA you’ll be eaten up by sharks by the regs. On Monday May 4th We ordered pizza it took nearly 2 hours to get to my home it was cold they refused to refund my money or replace the pizza! I gave them one more try on May 8 I’ll order pasta, bread sticks and dessert once again 2 hours and 25 minutes on the tracker it said delivered never was delivered I called the store couldn’t get through I tried for 24 minutes. I got out of my home went to Dominos in Ville Platte the Manager he refused to accommodate me! I tip very well I will never order again! Need Staff store to accomplishment customers ……

Was trying to order several pizzas but since we don’t order out much we were unsure of what came in which sizes, which was the thick crust, etc. The person on the phone told us that hand tossed didn’t come in large and went on to add that she should know since she had been working there 5 years then she hung up. Apparently she has been there 5 years too long. We called Pizza Hut and the person that answered was very polite and explained the options with our selection. Guess we will stick with Pizza Hut from now on.
