I have ordered from here for years. For some reason the last pizza I ordered was so greasy that it is way to soggy to eat. The grease is actually on the outside of the box and got on my Cadillac seats. I’m not happy. I contacted them for a refund, and they have ignored me for two days now . I know that they got my email but chose to ignore it, so here’s to ignoring me, I’ll tell everyone that reads this instead. This is unacceptable. I will never order here again. Look at the bottom box how greasy compared to the other boxes. I think I should get a refund. That’s so gross… So don’t order unless you want grease on your nice car seats and no refund when it’s obviously not fit for human consumption.

This is ridiculous I called them twice at 10:04 pm to order the food I know it takes a while like a hour and when I called them at 11:15 to see if they was still coming because I know sometimes the forget the man I spoke to said no ma’am we didn’t forget he’s coming me thinking I’m about to eat pizza and everything didn’t even come. I called to see what was the problem and he told me he don’t have an order for my address when I know I called these people. This is the third time they did this this stuff and I’m sick of it I don’t make no sense. I love pizza favorite food but to not put in an order that was going to get paid for have me thinking and waiting for nothing is crazy. I would’ve been better ordering from pizza hut at least they would’ve came.

Ordered two pizzas and the first one was wrong. I live in church point, got all the way home and saw my pizza had only tomatoes and spinach on it. Called the store and told them, I was told I had to bring the pizza back because Trey had to see it. I called back , asking to speak to a manager and offering to send a picture and trey said the he will give store credit, before I could ask any questions Trey hung up on me. Trey is about as useful as a sliding glass door on a submarine. Trey just cost you our business.

I specifically said on the phone 3 large pizzas. One pepperoni, One Meat Lover, and One mushroom. The guy show up to my door with one pizza and with three toppings on one pizza. This will be the last time ordering from Domino’s Pizza. They can’t get the order right.

Dominoes is really trying to do away with delivery and force consumers to use carry out. Delivery times are over 2 hours (if they even show up) and the prices are incredibly higher when trying to get delivery. If I’m going to leave my house and get pizza this is the last place I’d go.
