Present: Months later, Im back. This it has took over nearly two hours for my food. I was told they behind due to staff shortage. However, that could have at least been communicated. I’m understanding. I have worked in the delivery business but to just leave your customer hanging with no signal is crazy. Also, this could have corrected with a discount or something. Nothing. The manager just dismissed it.

My second time ordering and each time it’s 1hour or later for delivery and the food was cold not even to say the new item Tots had barely any cheese/steak bell peppers and onions was still fresh. Ordered at 8:11 my pizza and other items arrived @9:26 calling these people is a joke to say my order is coming out the oven and will be another 15 minutes. What has happened to this location? We’ve ordered from this location for over five years with ZERO issues – food always came quickly and there was never a problem. Over the past few months, things have changed. We tried ordering in March only to receive a call from the store that they don’t deliver to our address and have never delivered to us. We ended up picking up the pizza and all was well. We tried again the other day and after over an hour and a half, we called the store to find out what was happening. We were told how busy they were, which is completely understandable. What’s not understandable is how and why there was no communication. When speaking with the store, we were again told that this location doesn’t deliver to us, despite having delivered to us for over five years. We were told to order from the Youngsville location for delivery. The app and website do not allow us to order from Youngsville for delivery – only Verot, which “doesn’t deliver” to our neighborhood. I called Youngsville and they said they don’t deliver to us. When I asked the Verot location why, after over five years, they could no longer deliver to us, there wasn’t an answer.

I placed an order using my Dominos App. Overall time was about 20 mins from the time I placed the order and the time I picked the order up at which time the order was ready. So they seem to be fairly quick. The guy that brought our pizzas to the window was polite. The pizza was ok. Some of the bacon was burnt but not bad enough to effect the flavor.
