I order what I consider just every once in awhile and really like the stuffed cheesy bread. I ordered some time back and my order was wrong in many ways. I called the store and the manager took care of it quickly. She really valued me as a customer and made everything right

Took over 1.5 hours to get a pizza, cheesy bread, and a coke!!!! When I checked the tracking for my order, it was on “quality check” the entire time even after refreshing the page several times. It never said “out for delivery”. I called to see what the issue was but was either disconnected or the employee hung up on me when I called. The only reason why I am giving two stars instead of one is because the driver was so nice and sweet when I told her my issues when she finally arrived. If it wasn’t for her, I would be leaving the lowest rating! Coatney is the person I spoke to on the phone, and I am not pleased with his service! But please give the driver who delivered on 5/9/21 at 10:15PM a raise!! She was very well-mannered.

I’m not sure whether it’s just my local dominos or dominos in general but I ordered my food to be delivered and it said that the food arrived but it never came. It’s done that three times so far and this isn’t the first time something like this happened. I would get carry out but I don’t have a vehicle and my cousins are hungry but the food won’t come. I reported the issue after the first time and nothing changed. I will try one more time for them but if it doesn’t come i am never ordering from here again.

This is one of the best pizzas I have enjoyed eating in a very long while! It was made , baked and delivered perfectly, exactly as ordered! If I could I would give them 10 stars excellent job and I enjoyed a great tasting pizza at a great value and did not have to leave my home! To the entire team at this location Thank you all for being an awesome team.

I would rate this a zero if I could. My elderly mother placed an order & an hour later called to check the status. She was told the driver called but no one answered so she would have to go pick it up. She did get a call but it was bad reception & didn’t speak to anyone. I called to speak to a manager & I asked what happened to ringing the door bell. The manager only said the driver could not find the address & had to return to the store. She never confirmed the address with me. I asked for the order to be delivered again and was told they could not deliver again. The manager never apologized for the inconvenience or made any attempt to take another order. So much for customer service. Will NOT be ordering from this location again.
