Do not order your pizza here! We were told 20 minutes for delivery. We waited an hour and a half. Then had to go meet them, and then the delivery guy was outside smoking so we couldn’t get our pizza until he came back. Then he made sure to ask if we tipped. Our pizza was cold, so I then called the store manager and he told us the only thing he could do was send someone to take the pizza from us. Worst experience I have ever had with any delivery service ever, let alone dominoes. Terrible. Do not order order from here ever!

Meh.. is the best way to describe this experience. If you are out of all other options, this would probably be a good last resort. The food was hot and they did ok in terms of quality – they charge extra for handmade pan crust. We ordered 3 med pizzas and the one with Alfredo sauce was the worst as there was too much sauce slathered on.

It’s a small place right behind cvs. We ordered two medium sized 12″ 2-toppings pizza online for pick up. Each around $9.00 with discount and tax. They were good, freshly made. The customer service is great if you are an American. Subpar if you are a foreigner of color. We had to wait a while because they were just chatting and when another white person came in, they went straight to them to deliver even though we were standing for a while right at the front. Nothing too bad, but still.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m a traveler here on business and tonight 10/08/2022 I ordered 2 pizzas and wings which totaled 44.00 and some change . I called the store after placing my order to ask if the store could prepare my wings well done , the manager answered stating they did not have my order in there system, although I specifically chose this store because of the distance from my hotel, I offered very politely to give him the order number, he/she (not sure who or what I was speaking to) started yelling and hung up the phone on me . I called back after receiving an update that an employee Latony did a quality check on my pizza at 9:11 pm and the same person answered again insisting that they did not have my order . I asked if they had someone named Latony that works there, he then got really quiet… I then asked for a refund for my experience he claimed again very sure of himself that they did not have my order and asked if I could check my bank statement to confirm the store number , I confirmed the store number and was again met with an awkward silence (because he knew he was dead wrong for treating me in such way!!) he hung up again of course without saying a word smh ! I will NEVER ever order food from this piece of trash establishment ever again .

The worst. DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! Would not recommend. Tonight I placed an order #854 at about 10pm. It is now 12:13am and they dis not deliver. My status says “delivered” but that is not the case. I called and said its on the way that he is on a bike that they will call when downstairs. We were downstairs waiting and nothing was delivered nor a call was made to us. They ripped me off and left me with no food for tonight. I cant get in contact again to speak to the lady since they are now closed. Unbelievable. They are the worst and they steal so please don’t buy from them.

This Domino’s Pizza is an embarrassment to the chain and deserves ZERO stars. Ordered two pizzas and tots at 10:30 pm. I called back over 5 times through the evening as each delivery deadline was missed over the next 3 hours. I was assured it would be a priority on the next outgoing group of pizzas. No pizza was delivered and it is now 1:28 am and they are closing. Of course they charged my card and included a generous 20% tip for the non existent delivery. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. Order from a local pizza joint.

I ordered delivery to my hotel after a long flight, yes it was just before the store closed for the night but that’s just because I got here at this time. I placed an order for a BBQ chicken pizza and a pasta bowl. They sent me 2 cold & old pepperoni and sausage pizzas and then didn’t marked it as “delivered” so I couldn’t report the issue with the domino’s insurance option. This is extremely unprofessional and straight up stealing from customers. Definitely should investigate this store.

Very poor customer service!!!!! I’m understanding, my pizza was order at 9 and we never got it. I didn’t call to complain, just asked for my refund. 1st attempt, the Dominos girl was helpful and told me 3-5 business days for my refund ( Alisha, maybe spelled differently?). The order had been cancelled. I called back the following week, still no refund. 2nd attempt was told I was being put “hold” but employee hung up on me. 3rd attempt same thing happened. 4th attempt asked twice to speak to the manager, then transferred to another employee named Cora who then did not pass the phone to the manager. but, tried to tell me it would take another 8 days. By the way, when you actually put someone on hold music plays with commercials and when you hang up it disconnects, be smarter! DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!

Terrible customer service. They were uncaring and hung up on me when I called about my order. I left detailed delivery instructions to my hotel. Instead of them honoring the instructions or calling me to tell me they could not deliver the way I specified they dropped it off at a different location. When I was finally able to get my order it was cold and the pizza had only a few pieces of meat on it. The bread twists were squashed flat and weird. I will never order from this Domino’s ever again.
