Ordered 6 pizzas for a meeting that started at 11:30am. Had it delivered so no one would be imposed upon. Says on the gate “call this number”. The driver called my office phone, but i was waiting downstairs by the door. Nobody stopped, just turned around in the drive. No dominos topper on the car, to tell usit was him. Called the downman store, and the person the phone was awful. Pizza finally came at 12:10, even tho the store is 5 minutes away.

I Love this Domino’s Pizza; the pizza is always Pretty every time I get My Black Box And Wings are Great as well , By FAR BETTER THAN THE SURROUNDING Pizza Huts,,It was Such a Relief Stating My Horrible Experience with Pizza Hut, Forget Pizza Hut And Stick with Domino’s Pizza!!!!!! Couldent follow simple instructions… it’s not that hard to take a left on jourdan road and go all the way south and you’ll be at 3411 jourdan rd. At the lineage. It’s quite a popular thing in New Orleans to not be educated but you really can’t follow simple instructions. Won’t be returning. Be familiar with your delivery zone if your going to deliver pizzas pathetic.

I love me some dominos. The wings are always undone to me. So I ask them to run them through the oven twice. It used to be 3 times until they told me it’s deemed “inedible”. How you’re gonna deny me from something I want? It’s not inedible to me. When my wings are ran through the oven 3 times it’s PERFECT for me. I love my chicken VERY crispy. Not burnt but extra crispy. Anyway. I love dominos pizza and wings. It’ll never get old.

This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering from Dominos! I called in to fix a mistake on my order and no one answered the phone the first several times I called. Finally someone answered extremely rudely then hung on me without letting me say a word. Then I show up to get the pizza that I already paid for even though I was not able to fix my order. When I opened the box the pizza was completely burnt and not cut at all. My family loves pizza and orders it all of the time but I am never ordering domino’s again!

I placed an online order on Friday night around 9:35 pm and about 10 minutes later received a phone call from a girl stating they closed at ten…I asked her who she was and where she was calling from and she stated Dominos….I advised the woman it was no where near 10 pm and Dominos doesn’t close at 10 pm especially on Fridays and asked what they were going to do about my order and she hung up the phone…since I was about to pull in to the Dominos…I proceeded to do so and asked why she hung up both the girl and the boy working there were extremely rude, flippant, and belligerent towards me. My last 3 experiences with Dominos have been horrible from having my pizza being left outside and then delivered to the wrong address and now this. Until Dominos gets some competent employees I won’t be returning to the Downman or Chef Menteur Dominos!!
