The picture on the left is what the bread bites should look like and the one on the right was what I got. They were so dry and taste old and that garlic butter sauce was off. They also forgot the side of marinara for 32 bites, go figure. The pizzas were okay, but there’s def something off about the dough bc the crust tasted weird.

Want to commend the sole employee that was taking on line orders, serving the drive up window and cooking all the orders himself. The man was flying and best of all they were the best Domino Pizzas I’ve ever haf!!! He made our New Year Day celebration (Tulane whooped USC in the Cotton Bowl!!!@!@!!!) memorable.

We ordered online. It’s 2h later and the order (one pizza and one side) still has not been delivered. When we called to ask if we could change the delivery address because we were heading somewhere else, they said no. Please tell me how this place is still in business when there are dozens and dozens of other options for pizza in New Orleans.

Pizza was made incorrectly. Manager claimed I did not order it correctly despite my order being correct on the receipt. Manager made me bring the receipt in claiming I was lying, despite telling manager I would have to drive across town back home to get it (in Mardi Gras traffic) she would not remake it until then. Spent 30 mins driving back home then had to wait for the pizza to be made, essentially killing an hour of my time. This was not the first time my pizza was made incorrectly, but after several incorrect pizzas, I figured it was time to voice a concern. Manager ensured I would not be ordering from this dominos again. Employee who answered the phone was nice though.

I order online for this location 3 times 2 of those times my order was cancelled because they didnt have any delivery drivers. I understand that there are labor issues, but to not be able to deliver at all on a friday night? seems to be a bad way to do business. this time when my order was cancelled, the person who called me said that there was no way he could refund the delivery fee. He offered to give me an appetizer to compensate for the delivery fee. i didnt want it, but i guess its better than paying $5 for nothing. This seems like a very poor way to handle this since first i now had to come pick it up and second the last time this happened the person who called me was very apologetic and immediately waved the fee. the person who called me also informed me that they would be closing at 10 tonight and i would have to get there to pick it up before then (in 15 minutes) 10 p.m. is a full 3 hours before their posted closing time. finally, when i did get there, there was a delivery vehicle there picking up an order. the lying was very disappointing. over all, this is a pizza place that is run like a 1 star business, and as a consumer i will choose to go to one of the many better pizza places in town.

Worse location of all time. I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes. The lobby is always locked and there were 3 people working. I couldn’t even leave because there were 4 cars behind me. I sat in my vehicle locked in for 20 minutes. I got out of my car to walk in to pick up the pizza but the lobby was locked. They refused to come to the door. The associate was very rude. Her name was Cione.

The pizza I ordered here was smothered in sauce, and when I specified light sauce on my next order, there was hardly any sauce, nor was there the oil and parsley coating. The second time I went I had to wait 20 minutes for the person working the window to finish a conversation with their friends blocking the window, and would not open the front for me to retrieve my order, which was room temperature when I finally was able to pick it up. The second time happened the day this review was left 8/30 at 6:00pm

Worst customer service ever! Called to inquire about my delivery time as my order was expected to arrive within 30 minutes from being placed. Tracker showed driver left store 30 minutes ago and I only live 10-15 minutes away. Understandable drivers take multiple orders at once. What’s unacceptable is when a customer calls you don’t answer the phone properly your response to my issue about delivery time is literally “I don’t know all I can tell you is he left the store” excuse me…. So everyone works in the same location with no communication about delivery times! You have zero clue as to when my food will arrive and then HANGS UP on a customer after I told him to cancel my order! Sir, how do I know if you even requested my refund for my order! Furthermore you can notify the driver my order was cancelled but have no idea where he is on his route! EMILE you have zero customer service skills and DO NOT need to work with the public. Since you can’t handle confrontation in a PROFESSIONAL manner.
