I’ve only been here twice, both post hurricane Ida. The staff seem nice. My first pickup order went smoothly. The pizzas were good and actually cooked. The second time I came they were missing one of the two pizzas I ordered. They said they would make it after they cleared their order queue. Which seems strange to me since I entered the queue before the people on the board.

We always order Domino’s and have never once been disappointed, but last night, my pizza was awful. It was 3 topping and I just got double sausage. Multiple pieces had no sausage at all and only 2 had more than 1 piece of sausage. The rest just had 1. The cheese wasn’t on all of the pizza, either. It didn’t go all the way to the edge and even some spots of the middle were only sauce. Wish you could see the pic I took.

I placed an order which showed up wrong and the store would not answer the phone. I tried to call them for over 2 hours to get a refund. This is not a pepperoni and sausage pizza.

Wow. I’ve had several orders that were wrong that I just let go. Tonight the delivery order was wrong again so I called. They manager says he’ll give me a credit of $20 or he can redeliver the food. I asked for the credit, but he didn’t explain it was a store credit that can only be used on my next order by calling the store to get the credit (which I have no doubt they won’t be able to find). When he finally explained that, I opted for the food to be redelivered and the guy acted like he couldn’t even care less that they screwed up yet another order. Like seriously. No apology, nothing. I asked if he was the manager and he said yes. WOW. Won’t be using them again. Its a shame, they used to be really good. Not real confident that food will be here any time soon.

Everytime I order a chicken habernero sandwich, it literally NEVER HAS ANY HABERNERO SAUCE. That’s what makes the sandwich. Ridiculous. They need to learn how to make their receipes the right way. The crust on the pizza doesn’t have the buttery sauce either. If it happened once or twice, no biggie but really it’s all the time!!!

I’m only upset because I order from this location fairly often because it’s close by and my kids love pizza. Also I love their bread bowls. However this location doesn’t stand by their timer agreement. My curbside timer was stopped at least minute and a half before I received my food. That made it impossible to receive my offer of free Pizza for my next order. I always order for a large family so they should at least stand by their agreement with repeat customers.

Ordered last night and got amazing, fast service. Delivery guy was super kind and followed delivery directions. Food arrived hot and delicious. Quality has definitely gone up since last time I ordered over a year ago. Pleasantly surprised and will be back.

Once again order isn’t right. Called to get it remedied and the person answering set the phone down. As I’m writing this another driver pulled up with a partial order. I told her to return it because it wasn’t complete and she got snippy about it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! They’re horrible.

Ordered a half cheese/half pepperoni pizza from Papa Johns in Destrehan. Not only was it COVERED in grease that had to be soaked up with multiple napkins, it couldn’t even be pulled apart in a solid piece. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE pizza. WILL NOT be ordering from them ANYTIME SOON.
