Very unprofessional placed an order for delivery @ 10:30 pm recieved the wrong order , I called back immediately and spoke with the manager John & he said the order would be remade and delivered an hour went by I contacted john once again around 11:30 & he repeated the same exact thing , sorry the order will be out in about 25 minutes the store closes at 12:00am I called back once again at 12:07 knowing by now the pizza nor a refund would be happening because of course the store is closed. Never recieved a refund nor a remade order !! Unfortunately, I will be contacting the store manager regarding this lack of integrity & unprofessional management

Very dissatisfied with this locations customer service. I placed an order through the app. It was never delivered. I tried to call the location 5x to find out where it was and why the app said it was delivered and I had not received it. Only to be hung up on 5x. I tried calling the driver back since I had missed their call, that took another 12x before they answered the phone. Only to tell me that after claiming to knock on my door which was not heard, and only calling me 1 time that they brought my order back to the store so they could throw it away. I have never dealt with such incompetence like this from domino’s so this is very very disappointing. Especially knowing that the driver did not do a good enough job trying to make sure I either heard them knock or answered my phone. I am hard of hearing so I am partially deaf in both ears from time in the military. The driver clearly needs to undergo more training on how to deliver to customers, and the location needs to fix their phones so that they can be reached in a timely fashion for when things like this happen. I had to completely replace my order only now extending even longer time B4 I will ever get my food. This is so way below par even for domino’s.

Found a stick and dead fly in pizza we ordered June 10. When I called the employee asked if it had mushrooms and I said yes. He said when cleaning the mushrooms he had found some sticks but he thought he got them all

Last night I ordered an extra large extravaganza pizza. I asked for extra Italian sausage. I paid for the extra Italian sausage and left a $9.00 tip. It was for carry out and ordered the pizza in the store. No extra sausage. Highly disappointed. Not the 1st. Time either. Happens quite often. Take more pride. Sometimes it’s a job to have a job. I should have told them to remake to what I have ordered. Simple request cannot be executed. Sad.

I had a pretty positive review before and recently ordered again but delivery this time I was waiting well over an hour the app said they were quality checking for over 20 minutes and then said the delivery guy first went to a house that was really far when I live a couple blocks away also got one of my pizzas wrong I don’t care how busy you are. You read a piece of paper and then make it I don’t know if 30 minutes or less is still a thing, but I definitely deserve that order for free

I work at dominos.delivery.nobody ever stay at a lobby 5 minutes without respond.its not possible.we always say welcome to dominos within 7 secs. bc we love our customers.big respect and love to every customer.when someone walk in to pick up order we serve u with maximum service and respect.thank u to choose dominos)))

Waited 2 hours for our pizza, called after its was under the quality check for an hour. Lady said she was by herself in there and unfortunately they forgot to start my order. So evidently that tracker is off a little bit. She asked if I still wanted it and I said we may come get it. Time goes by and pizza is on its way… it finally arrives and is not even hot! Something tells me they didn’t forget to make my order, they made it and just sat there for 1.5 hours. This is not the first incident, and getting tired of this store and the excuses.

DISGUSTING. Undercooked dough. WAY Over-sauced. And not to mention the ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. i had to call 3 times to place my order because the gentleman workout kepy hanging up the phone. And when i arrive to pick up my pizza i asked why i kept being hung up on she said “we’re real busy tonight”. But my pizza Was the ONLY PIZZA ON THE COUNTER.

They had a today only sale medium pizza for 4 something so I order 2 with pepperoni and pineapple only well they gave me only 1 pizza ham pepperoni and pineapple for 9 something lucky they collect the money 1st otherwise I would have left the pizza because who has time to reorder, that was totally aggravating.

Waited for nearly two hours and the food was absolutely COLD. I would’ve picked up the food, but the coupon I was offered through my email only allowed for delivery. Had no communication from the store about a long delivery time and got no apology for such a long wait. Originally called the store at an hour and a half to cancel and the person on the phone cut me off asking for my address and then all of a sudden the delivery guy was calling me to let me know he was on the way. Utterly ridiculous service and based on previous reviews, this place needs a lot of work to get it in working order.
