Ordered delivery.. was it a good decision? Tipped beforehand and should’ve thought about that. Now, the food got here early (so shocked) and that’s probably why the dough was extremely dewy and breaking a part? No consistency with the pizza slices. Big cut, tiny cut and halfway cuts because the slices weren’t fully cut. Hmmph…I promise I wouldn’t have bat an eye if y’all would have baked the pizza for the correct time versus getting it early all mushy and falling a part. I have yet to try the brownie but let’s hope it’s not a fail as well..

Horrible customer service. I spent about $30 on pizza and it arrived warm and with not enough toppings (dough exposed, not enough cheese or sauce, minimal toppings, literally a sprinkle of bacon, not cut properly). I called the store to notify them, and rather than waiting another 40mins with hungry teenagers for another pizza to be delivered, I asked for a credit. The associate briefly said there was already a credit on my account and that she’d instead send another pizza out. I was trying to ask how and when the credit came about being as I was unaware and have been paying full price for my orders, when the rude associate interrupted with a “ok bye”…click, and hung up right in my face as I was still talking, as if to quickly dismiss me. Shocked to have been disrespected in that way, I called the store back and the general manager Ana was just as rude and instead of hearing out the issue, she instead debated with me that she was standing right next to the previous rude associate and had delivered the unsatisfactory pizza herself. She said she’d only be having the pizza redelivered and I’d have to return the other one. What a disaster, when all I requested was an explanation of a previous credit I was unaware of. Very rarely do I take the time to write a review but I am extremely disappointed and I WILL NOT be purchasing from this location again.

This location is equal to my usual location on Metairie Rd. I’ve ordered from other Domino’s around the country and this is a well-run store. Ana was the friendliest delivery driver I’ve ever run across at any business. And it was near closing time too. We need more Anas in the world.

Order a pizza well done. Workers thought that it was funny to send this. I returned it back to the store and asked for a refund. The employees were laughing the whole time. I will not order from here again.

Make sure to specify NOT to put something on pizza and call while they do it because they still add what you tell them not to. Luckily my son isn’t highly allergic to Italian sausage and it only causes a rash. And Hopefully you live less than 2miles from the store or it will take over 30mins to drive 5blocks down the street. I ordered my food near 730 and was told it would be ready in 22-35 mins and it was pulled from the oven at 8, app said food would be at me at 8:11 and didn’t receive my food til damn near 9oclock.

I ordered from the internet, problem was it said it was out for delivery at 6:08, I received warm pizzas, and pasta at 6:32 I was the 2nd delivery for the driver, I spent over $60.00, and normally don’t complain, but I’m sick of paying for something I’m not happy about, I called the store, and the Manager was Ana, when Ykala the actual Manager was there, and didn’t take my call, Ana offered to remake, I was so upset, I lost my appetite, so declined, I told her put in the computer that I was not happy receiving warm food, and be sure that it doesn’t happen again, and deliver to me first, I’m literally 6 minutes away from this store.

Crust was burnt. When the delivery guy showed up asked and demanded a tip when they charge a delivery fee already. NO MILITARY DISCOUNT. I asked why and they said that they didn’t care about military personnel.

For a while, I was on the fence about Pizza Hut vs Domino’s. This specific Domino’s location changed my mind. Their service and quality is always on point, and their delivery drivers are always punctual and super nice. Whatever they are being paid now, they deserve to be paid more.
