I’M TAKEN BACK BY THE GENTLEMAN’S UNPROFESSIOINAL SERVICE. TO AVOID LUKE WARM PIZZA AND GETTING IT FRESH, I PLACED AN ORDER 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE ON 06/05/23 @11:30am TO BE DELIVERED 06/06/23 AT 12:00 PM TODAY. DID THAT HAPPEN NO! IT ARRRIVED ALMOST 30 MINUTES LATER THAN THE REQUESTED TIME AND WHEN I CALLED THE PERSON DIDN’T SHOW ANY EMPANTHY OR EVEN APOLOGIZE. ALL HE SAID WAS WE BECAME BACKED UP, I’M THE ONLY ONE HERE. I ASKED WAS CALLING AN OPTION IF YOU WERE GOING TO BE AROUND 30 MINUTES LATE!? THIS WAS A SCHEDULED LUNCH TIME WITH STAFF OR HOW ABOUT IF BUSY AT 12:00 PM SINCE YOU ARE ONLY 5 OR 6 BLOCKS AWAY , HOW ABOUT DELIVERING IT EARLIER. THAT WASN’T AN OPTION. HE SAID HE ONLY HAD THE ONE DRIVER SO DIDN’T WANT TO SEND THE DRIVER OUT WITH JUST ONE ORDER, WANTED HIM TO TAKE MULTIPLE ORDERS. SEEMS TO BE POOR PLANNING FOR THE MONEY I SPENT I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER. THE LINES FOR COMMUNICATION WOULD HAVE BEEN OPEN AS WELL ESPECIALLY PLACING AN ORDER A DAY EARLIER; A FULL 24 HOURS EARLIER. THIS EXPERIANCE WAS NOTHING BUT A FAILURE. P.S. The most unprofessional manager. He actually refused to refund my money for an order I never received. Had to do a charge back with my bank. My daughter had to go to bed hungry, bcuz she stayed up waiting for a pizza that never even arrived. The manager was extremely rude.

In Lincoln to watch Husker game. After the game we wanted to order in. Domino’s was the only pizza place that was still open and delivering. Only took 30 minutes to get our food. Food was hot and delicious. I was very impressed! Good job Domino’s!!
