I usually always have issues with this dominos for one reason or another. Card gets charged twice, or “payment declines” yet I still get charged. Have to pay with cash now but can’t pay with cash for delivery or carry out unless I want to show up and wait for it, defeating the purpose of ordering ahead for delivery or carry out. Must go inside to order at the establishment which is very inconvenient for me as my kids don’t know how to act in public. I’ve gotten wrong items, I have had orders being marked as delivered but driver is no where to be found. This location/company really takes away the ease of pizza night. I will have to hand it to the crew who worked tonight though (8/27/23) I had an unusually complex order tonight with coupons and free pizzas and the lady on the phone AND the young man at the window who handled my orders were both patient, helpful and willing to go the extra mile for a tired mom who just wanted a simple dinner. THANK YOU TO THESE STAFF MEMBERS. Please make sure they are recognized.

Lifelong dominos disciple. Always been my favorite delivery pizza, but they have steadily declined in service and overall quality. Since they went to the app for delivery, my pizza has been delivered to the wrong house 3 separate times. The last time, I called the store and the manager accused me of lying to get free pizza but back tracked when I told him I just wanted what I payed and tipped over 20% for. He assured me they would refund the money and send a new pizza but it never happened. I didn’t pursue the issue because I can vote with my money and dominos will never get a cent from me again.

Just ordered some late night food from here. Pizza perfect only downside is had to pop wings in air fryer they were kinda squishy needed probably 3-5 more mins cooking time before delivery. Crisped right up in 4 in air fryer.

Poor. I want to speak with owners. Worst encounters and interactions I’ve ever had. Over 1 hour delivery times. Food arrives cold. The person manning the phones behaves like a toddler.

It was decent food It was fresh and tasted good but one thing I was alarmed about as I asked for some Parmesan cheese and some pressure peppers and they wanted to sell me a little container full of the crushed red peppers. That’s kind of cheap and the first time I’ve ever had that happen.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! So my day was pretty lovely and I was CRAVING some thin crust pepperoni pizza so I went to order online. Mind you, I have ordered this pizzza many times and it has been fantastic. So, I ordered like usual and placed it and went on the tracker because it has always been accurate. I checked up on the tracker and after 50 minutes(I AM NOT KIDDING) it was still in the prep stage. Then, it switched to the bake stage and was in it for only 4 MINUTES! WHAT KIND OF OVENS DO U HAVE THAT BAKE PIZZA IN 4 MINUTES!! Then it finally switched to quality check which was passed in like 1 minute which means they didn’t even check if the quality was good. It was then driven to me and my driver was late by ONE MINUTE WHY WOULD THEY LIE TO ME. Then he hands me 2 pizzas????? I only ordered one. I took the 2 and went inside and opened them both up. One was my order and the other with THICK CRUST EW. And then when I went to look at my thin crust the edges were BURNT! How could it have burnt in 4 MINUTES. And as i eat my pizza it is EXTREMELY DRY. And now i have an extra pizza like what am i supposed to do with that. Anyways as you should know now i gave NO TIP. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Ok, bad experience from a place that was my ‘GO-TO’ for pizza in Omaha without shelling out over $20 for a med-lrg pie. ALWAYS had excellent service and pizzas were fantastic.
