I’ve never had problems with Dominoes before and Dominoes makes one of my favorite thin crust pizzas, but after today’s experience and because of the way companies are treating their customers in general these days, I won’t ever return to Dominoes. As I was paying for my order the person at the cash register claimed to not have enough change to give me correct change. I rolled with it, smiled, said no worries and went on my way. But realistically it’s not the responsibility of a paying customer to subsidize a business – this isn’t Kickstarter. If a customer is owed 2 cents change and the business doesn’t have pennies, then the business should put up a nickel. If a customer is owed 6 cents charge and the smallest coins the business has is dimes, then the business should give the customer a dime, and so on – because it’s not the customer’s responsibility to subsidize the business, in any way! Then problem #2: I got the order home and find they had made it incorrectly – it wasn’t what I ordered. So I call them, which leads to problem #3: The person answering says everyone is busy and I’ll have to call back later. I say no, I’ll wait, and when a manager does pick; up he is rude, unhelpful, and hangs up saying “too bad, sorry we lost your business.” Well Dominoes, you did lose my business, I won’t be back.

Vivian burnt my pizza. Maybe if her and the female she was working with was paying more attention to their customers and the pizza cooking, it wouldn’t have been. Their customer service skills are horrible. I walk in, the one girl walks to the counter and then walk off. She then stands there and holds a conversation with the other worker like I’m not standing there. Then she finally ask me how can she help me, but before I can answer, she starts the conversation up again with the other girl. I had to wait until the older gentleman came from the back to get some customer service skills. And the pizza was cold.

This evening I placed my order for 2 orders (8 piece) of plain & parmesian chicken wings and one caesar salad. The wings were the size of my little pinkie finger and tasted like they were microwaved (not crispy). For the second time in a row, they did not have any salad available. For the salad, they gave me a store credit instead of a refund !!! Not pleased all.

The local location is excellent it is corporate that’s the thorn in my side. Our company makes an order of 20 or so pizzas twice a year and smaller spontaneous orders throughout the year. We’re tax exempt. When I searched their website looking for how to place a tax exempt order it said to call my local location. I called the local location and explained we’re tax exempt and could I place a large tax exempt order over the phone and still get the $7.99 carry out deal? I was told I HAVE TO place the order online to get that deal. The location told me that I can choose the pay at pickup option to get it tax exempt. HOWEVER, when I choose that option I get a message saying “this store doesn’t allow this option for orders over $30.” To get the best price I have to pay online. There is absolutely no corporate phone # on the website that I can find and I looked thoroughly. I placed the order online and paid. At the local location I was told if I paid online they couldn’t do anything I would have to call corporate to get the tax refunded. I have to submit a web form or enter a request for contact via their chat bot. I then got an email days later with an obvious email template telling me to call the store to set up tax-exempt status on our account. I will do that, but how does that fix the current order where I was charged tax. You can’t reply to the email so back to the web form or chat bot. Wait a few more days. Get the same email response. Grrrr. Why are you making it so hard? I’m trying to give you our money. I’m going to call the local location manager and see if they can help or at the very least give me a phone # to corporate. If this doesn’t get resolved I’m going to have to go to the competitor that I have used before at a higher price because they made the tax exempt process easy.

Not a good experience. The app told me my order was ready but when I got to the store it wasn’t. Not even close. The pizza was just coming out along with the cheese dip. The garlic twists weren’t in the oven yet. Ok, I’m patient, I can wait. And I waited, and waited, and waited…you get the idea. 15 minutes after my pizza and dip came out the twists arrived. I got my food along with apologies and I left. I live maybe 5 minutes from the store, by the time I got home the cheese dip was cold and hard. It wasn’t a dip. It could be shredded. I know, pop it in the oven, heat it up. No, it should be hot. Pro tip, if it gets cold at the restaurant, give them a new one. Probably won’t go back. And one other thing, I don’t need to hear your personal stuff while I’m waiting on my pizza. Do better.

I am regular here. This is my 3 time in a row where they have ruined my pizza. I ordered pizza with four toppings but all I could see is bread and sauce in half of my pizza. And half was just bread and cheeses. I have four other toppings than cheese. And this is third time in row that they have done this. Never goona order again. So disappointing.

If I could give no stars I would….First customer service is not what they do very rude and can not own up to mistakes they make on pizza!! Second while watching one make pizza they proceeded to wipe there nose with bare hand and continue to make pizza!! Needless to say we will never go back and I hope for everyone’s health they will also stay away!! Oh and they don’t answer the phone and the “Manager” said it’s because they are busy. No time to take phone calls.

Last night, I placed a carryout order of three pizzas from this Domino’s. When I walked in, the manager-on-duty was in the midst of assisting (what appeared to be) a particularly picky customer. Despite having the hustle and bustle of a Friday night–complete with the ringing phones, the baking pizzas, and the consistent flow of orders–Lynn, the M.O.D., still made sure to greet me with a smile and a friendly hello. Once they finished with the other customer, they asked me about my day and assured me that my pizzas–which were freshly emerging from the oven as we spoke–would be up to my standards (spoiler alert: they definitely were!).

I’m not a fan of posting 1 star reviews, but this store definitely deserves a 1 star. I waited for 30 minutes in the parking lot, for them to bring me the wrong order. It took about 20 minutes from ordering, til the food was done. When I finally got my food, there was no sauce on the pizzas, the parm bites were overcooked, and the cinnamon twists were underwhelming ( they also forgot the icing.) Honesty, I could have gone to the store, bought the ingredients, and baked my own pizza in the time it took to order and get my food, and it would’ve been better/ cheaper. I’m likely going to try other dominoes stores, even though this one is closer. I really hope they clean up their act.
